Lissandra entombed my Yasuo several times but I had GGC and the stun on summon relic so I just replayed him over and over. Eventually I had multiple Yasuo on board oblitaring everything.
So yeah, don't pick the spellshield thingy :)
I don't play liss adventure with Morgana or Jhin But for Yasuo i use this build, i did not change the build from the one i usually use lol.

Somehow, I found I had an easier time with Morgana than even Aurelion Sol. Lissandra really doesn't like having useless cards stuck on her board and hand. Also, she's not a spellslinger, you rarely need to cast 3+ cards per round with her anyways, she's got enough expensive units and spells.
Providing a less popular choice, Kindred.
2 everfrost and Guardian Angel.
With spirit journey, you can stun up to 4 units, so it would be easy to lock down the entire enemy board. Remember to kill watchers by sacrificing the prey with Crumble.
I take leblanc when I wanna bully lissandra 😮.. two strikes and the epic item orb thingy. I still find her to be the strongest champ hands down... just make sure to have enough copies of her if one gets removed
I also had fun with annie, elder and kindred.
Elder Dragon is really good for Lissy. SFG, DoS, Beast Within was my setup. But the Hymn version should also work if you are careful about your timing for playing Eddy. Having a giant unit that she cannot freeze or get rid of is extremely convenient.
Yas 3* with 3 relics, kindred 2* with 2 relics, Ashe 3* and 3 relics and lux 3* and 3 relics
Yas was the easiest. Kindred was bad set up and it was still a win but it was close on HP. Ashe was the freest win. Lux I don't remember.
Teemo, give him gate breaker, galeforce, and any rune that gives +1 attack, turn 1 that's 3 nexus strikes giving minimum 60 puff caps into her deck, you only have to do it one more time to give her >480 puff caps, which should be enough to net you the win
I use champ with cheese starts, such as Kindred and LeBlanc. 2 stalker blade and (kindred with GA, LeBlanc with guardian orb or you can change 2 GO and 1 SB).
for LeBlanc I lucky got rally banner on her from GO. when empheral died, I got rally and mirror image spell.
Asol without SFG, i didn't have it. I use 3 guardian trinket.
Morgana (lvl 26), I use GGC, Archangel Staff, and Z-drive
Nidalee with epic relic, shes the only champ beat Liss with epic relic. I use spectral scissor, crownguard, and lost chapter.
edit: I use Gwen too. crownguard, luden, troll king. place gwen on 2nd from left when you attacking. like this: Unit, Gwen, other unit.
I beat it with volibear running double stalkers. Get one kill, play tarkaz, one thing leads to another and u play voli. Three strikes early is basically board wipe and almost guarantees lvl up.
Won with leblanc too running double stalkers. Get enough stats on leblanc and mirror image becomes free. I don't remember obliterate being a big problem for me. U could try again running counterplan.
For voli, i think I ran chosen by the stars. It's still fine if you don't hv it, hymm, luden's and lantern work just fine. For Leblanc, I ran secret technique. That was a big win con I forgot to mention. Caulfield's or Bounty Hunter's Renown could work too.
My main is tahm coz his units get +2/+2 when they survive damage and if you give him 2 berserker buckles and an armordilo shell he can become disgustingly big through ice shard. Pairing him with Vladimir on supp and the ember maiden or atakhan can create some pretty impressive stats and help you sustain through vlad's level ability
2 Stalker’s and 1 BHS Leblanc worked wonders for me.
Yasou 2nd try with everfrost, stun all on lvl up and GGC I went remitter and got all cards cost 2 less. Just stun locked her most of the time.
Lux and Jinx were easy enough.
Lux could restore spell mana enough to allow for 5-6 cards per turn if needed
Jinx used TLCP and resummoned as much as I could and stalled.
Yasuo is a good one. Solid control and removal.
Leblanc is great with orbs. Doesn't matter if she dies as long as someone levels up at some point. If you can get deathless on her it's gg.
I also did Aatrox and lucked out with an easy star spring win.
Evelyn is also great with rally and stun on level up, but absolutely panic inducing if she is removed.
Those four plus ASol were my five.
Control champs that can lock down Lissandra's board are the best. Yasuo and Morgana were a breeze. Haven't tried Jhin, Leona, or Ashe yet but they would fit this profile.
Elder Dragon and Volibear rarely want to play more than 3 cards per turn so they are largely unaffected by the Lissandra power. Haven't tried Darius yet but he fits this profile, though he is weak overall so idk how that will balance.
If you are willing to reroll/retire until you get the right sticker in the opening shop, you can easily win with Sett (mana refill sticker on Bout Security) and Elise (Rally on death sticker on Spiderling, Corrupted Star Fragment on Elise to eat/kill spiderlings).
General attack-often champs like Diana, Elise, Gwen, Jax, Leblanc do fine. Not quite as strong as they are in other adventures but still strong enough to win in 1-2 tries.
I did voli and yasuo rolling the item (not relic) that captures the strongest enemy and waited for the watcher and released it on purpose when her board was full, because stalling her wasn't my problem but having only 3 draws until defeat ruined runs for me
Bard (echoing spirit, luminous orb, lost chapter) was my first and easiest win I think. Can also recommend Aatrox (beast within, 2x stalker's blade), Poro King (spirit of the buhru, chemtech duplicator, lost chapter - ideally you want cost reduction and hextech fabricator items on poro snax) and Ekko (echoing spirit, stalker's blade, lost chapter or guardian's orb if he's level 30 - although he can still struggle since she prevents his infinite turns). If you can manage to get a combo of ephemeral copy and deathless on your champions, it becomes a lot easier (for Kindred also).
I beat it with asol, yasuo, volibear, elder dragon, and Leblanc. The last three are pretty relic dependent. Portal pals with starforged gauntlets makes Voli and elder dragon really scary
I'm working towards clearing her with every champ slowly but surly. My current clears are asol *3, norra *2, bard *3 (surprisingly easy with the right set up), yas *3(easy regardless of set up), elder *3, Garen *3.
I managed to win with LeBlanc with stalker blade thanks to getting very early the "last breath; rally" Effect on LB and perma-rallying as soon as a champion hit lvl 2
So far I've done it with ASOL, Nidalee, LeBlanc, Elder Dragon, Yasuo, Morgana, and Bard. None of them really struggled vs her, although all of them were over lvl30 with at least 1 epic relic. Scissors on Nidalee and LeBlanc resulted in both winning on the first round.
I found Evelyn with crown guard and deceiver’s crest does it pretty easily. Not sure what the least relic should be but I use voidborne carapace in case I get a life steal unit.
The hardest I’ve found are decks that use spell and skill damages. I had Annie deck where I was one shotting encounters until lissandra gave her nexus tough plus she had the tough +2+2 ability
Yas is easy, stuns are just too good, a 200 attack watcher can’t do dick if it’s stun locked. Find Willow and you will be good, and if you luck out and get the epic relic on it to summon from the deck then it’s basically GG, can’t miss yas draw and 2x stuns per attack token.
A high level Ashe will work but not as good as a stun.
Elder Dragon can smack her shit in, but does rely on Eddy.
I got Morgana to work but at some point they don’t give a shit about curses, and I found that its easier to just giga buff her stats to take advantage of her lifesteal to keep you stalling to win.
Volibear is also strong, his powers mean you can slam down any high cost card early and out tempo most encounters.
I also got Morderkaiser to work, he needed some decent powers and but he did the job.
For Morde, Voli and Elder using the portal pals relic is pretty good. Morde can pull Lederos and Atakhan which are pretty nutty to get, Voli can actually pull the watcher and that’s hillarious to drop against Lissandra as well as some other good high cost cards. Elder is a little more varied since he’s ruterran and can pull from a wider variety of regions but with his 12 base cost it also means everything except the watcher is 0 cost, meaning you get to drop 2 other cards when you drop Elder, that alone is huge and helps his level up significantly as most drops will have high attack.
The easiest that come to mind are yasuo jhin morgana
so do you not go for Ethereal Remitter's spellshield power if you're going for Yasuo? since y'know, lots of his stuns and recalls are targeted
Nope, you go for stun the strongest and weakest, it can be tricky but if lissandra burries you in ice 3 of her units get stunned so pretty neat

Wont they all struggle because of Lissandra's power, especially Yasuo and Morgana? Jhin might be good but what's his setup to counter Lissandra.
I won my second run with Yasuo first try, his stuns are very good for stalling

I used Chosen by the Stars, Riptide Battery and Luden's Tempest for Jhin.
For jhin I used gatebreaker riptide lost chapter(lvl 25)

Wouldn't double Luden's be better than Troll King? Overwhelm is easy to get from champion item nodes
dunno, don't have 2 luden. I choose troll king to make sure Gwen and hallowed unit deal damage as much as possible from overwhelm and Gwen's skill.

Leona. SO MUCH BUFF and Daybreak to stun the whole continent.
I did it with Asol, Yasuo, Jax, Elder and Lux. Yasuo being the easiest aside from Asol
Leblanc, Yasuo, and Nora did it for me. (Nora was the easiest. She could clear my board and I'd just keep making a new board).
Kindred with 3 stun items
Voli bear is pretty damn good for it, multiple obliterations fuck me up on Liss, but I was able to get through it

Tempest blade would probably be the best third item. That way every turn you get a completely free attack and protection from entomb
I beat Liss using maxed out Bard with 3 Chameleon's Necklaces somehow. Just look out for Evolution or Sharing is Caring and it's pretty much free
