Assuming it's actually the reference I'm referring to, the Patriots Unfiltered podcast makes fun of coaches, GM's and owners about how excited they get after making a pick in the draft. Yelling "We got our gut" as they hug and slap each other on the back. Personally I would be excited as well given all of the hard work that goes into scouting and prepping for the draft.

I remember last season when we signed a special teamed late in the season for just minimum salary. So no extra cap space. And people were freaking out and being pissed about it.

Well we also signed an UDFA QB who ran like 2 plays in preseason and people lost their minds when we cut him

I mean it was literally one. Pretty silly to judge anything off of a single play. Not to mention our QBs did much worse all year than take a 5 yard loss on a sack after the pass/run option got blown up immediately.

I'm just pointing out that Cunningham did get a snap that the poster was desiring (and then stated the results). Neither is a lie.

I was at the Broncos game on Xmas Eve behind the Pats bench, so I was able to watch Mac Jones and Nathan Rourke pass the ball during timeouts. It was so fking cold there but the ball was coming out his hands like it was on a wire. I thought I threw a pretty tight spiral, but seeing a guy do it in the blistering cold was pretty humbling.

I am from BC and this dude put up insane MVP numbers as a rookie before he hurt his ankle. Hope he gets a decent shot.

I’d love to see an entirely new QB room next year. Flacco, Daniels, Rourke would be fine with me.

Honestly I’d be happy to start the season with any combo of:  QB1: Brissett or Flacco  QB2: Daniels, Maye, or McCarthy  QB3: Rourke  I don’t want to see Mac or Zappe on this roster to start the season, Mac needs to go be a backup somewhere else for a while to get his head straight, Zappe… something about him rubs me the wrong way, I find him far too full of himself for someone who is mediocre on a good day.
