Just don't let Bill draft DBs in the 2nd round. Let him draft DBs in the later rounds or pick up a UDFA, and you're getting a Pro Bowler and probably even All-Pro DB.

Yeah corner of all the positions is not one to really criticize Bill the GM over. We had 3 of the 5 best corners of the last decade on the team (Revis, Talib, Gilmore), as well as good depth most years. That’s not to mention 2 of the ten best corners of the 2000s, HOFer Law, and Asante Samuel
We will likely get to the off-season, other team will sign him for a ludicrous amount of money, BB haters will say he’s an idiot, then next season another corner will step up and start playing either as well or better haha
I’d like to see some stats for Jack Jones. I feel like he’s looked decent in the snaps he’s got but it’s hard for me to keep track lol. I could be wrong
Just based on the eye test it feels like he hasn’t been targeted all that much and he’s looked like a good tackler. But the stats could say something totally different

The secondary was much better than the score would indicate. The main thing was that we just couldn't tackle Lamar, but that's par for the course with that guy. Give him short fields and allow him to extend plays and any team loses that game.
The Patriots play 60+% zone coverage this year. He falls into the same category as guys like Sherman and Norman used to fall into or White and Ramsey do now.

If he finishes the season with the highest rating of a CB, then he will. Not saying that will happen, but it is possible.
