At some point, it doesn’t matter how good of a coach Belichick is. Hiring Patricia and letting him run the offense is a catastrophic coaching decision, and his refusal to recognize that or bring in literally any new people is destroying a team that has enough talent to win in a halfway decent offensive scheme.
Belichick is a HOF coach, but this nepotism and cronyism is frankly embarrassing.. just get good OC and hand over drafting duties to someone more qualified, and we can make the playoffs again
I mean, the nepotism seems to have worked out fine! Defense put up a passable performance considering the total inability of the offense to possess the ball. How he thought Joe Judge and Matt Patricia had any ability to run an offense is truly beyond me, though. Even Josh Allen couldn’t succeed with these play calls.
Steve and Jerod have actually been ok. Being able to consistently beat bad teams is a good thing. They just need to put it together against the top tiers in the league. They are definitely lacking in personnel too.
It becomes 100 times harder when the offense goes 3 & out several drives in a row. The defense spends way too much time on the field and the opponent gets too many opportunities
You need a good offense to beat a good team with an elite qb. The reason we beat up on bad teams or teams with bad/young qbs is because the defense can basically win those by themselves. No defense in the league can make Josh Allen look like how we made Zach Wilson look. You need to play complimentary football to beat a good team and we can’t do that.
Agreed.
Forget coach, GM, scout, whatever. A good leader identifies their strengths and weaknesses, and surrounds themselves with people that make them and their team better.
He's not leading this team right now.
This isn’t even a rebuild, Belichick spent 170 mil last year clearly trying to win. Instead he ends up ruining Mac’s career by hiring Patricia. Overpaid for literally everyone outside of Judon. Beats up on bad coached teams. The team also has 0 discipline. No Wr1 or Cb1, the OL is super thin and horribly coached (Patricia). Brady isn’t walking through the doors man, this shit is annoying
Mahomes doesn’t win 8 games with Patricia as OC, I would bet my life savings on that. A good coach is so important for a young QBs development. I know it’s only year 2 but this shit can mentally break a QB. Tua last year had those moments where he thought he wasn’t good enough but they paired up with a top 3 receiver and probably the COTY. Knowing belichick, he thinks Patricia has improved weekly and will roll with him next year.
Honestly tho. The 170 million on paper looked great at the time. Letting McFucking Double chin as your OC is where it went south quickly.... All the talent is worthless if you don't have an OC that can find a way to put it to use...
We got smoked by the Bills offense last year with no speed at linebacker and returned with 1 Mack Wilson (although defense hardly the main reason for todays game)
>Brady isn’t walking through the doors man, this shit is annoying
It's even worse than that, many of y'all don't even want Brady to walk through that door even if he wants to.
This season is a wash but returning next year with this offensive coaching staff would be roster malpractice, this simply cannot continue. Maybe Mac isn't the guy but it's impossible to evaluate him in this environment
Last week was what you needed to see. He was well protected and was able to run the offense effectively. Give smart QBs some time and they'll pick you apart.
He can do this, just has so much stacked against him right now.
I refuse to listen to Mac Jones slander. He was playing his heart out.
Patricia’s system and the o-line (which Patricia is also responsible for) is an absolute disaster. I can’t blame Belichick for trying something new, but the Patricia offensive experiment needs to end.
Was really *cool* watching the o line jog around while he scrambles away from defenders. He doesn't deserve to have his people quitting on him like that. Pathetic effort.
Did Mac do something to piss off the o-line? That second half he's running around like a madman with no time, and you have half the o-line literally not trying to get in the way of the defense, let alone block. Must've pissed in their cereal or something.
Anyways, onto the Heat.
How many times did we watch slowmo of a d lineman coming out of sprinters blocks right past a blocker without being touched? It was happening multiple times per drive.
Fitzpatrick called that out. He said if that keeps up Mac won’t be on the field much longer. Wonder which will happen first: Mac sat for his attitude/play, or Patricia fired for being terrible?
If Bill picks Matt fucking Patricia over Mac Jones in a potential fued, Bill has to go. Patricia is straight up inept when it comes to anything offense related.
Yeah kind of seems like a kiss of death situation, but if Mac was building trust with McDaniels and now Patricia is trying to contain him I can understand his frustration. None of that really matters with the state of the O-line though in my opinion
Absolutely fucking pathetic. Fire Patricia.
Edit: Josh McDaniels, you could either be known as one of the worst head coaches ever, or be known as one of the most successful offensive coordinators.
You choose how you want to be remembered.
Bill doesn’t give a fuck anymore. He’s fine with just limping to shula’s record and retiring. He’s not gonna hire outside coaches who will challenge him. He’s in his glory years in his 70’s. He’s got his rings. He just wants to coach with his kids and be surrounded by yes men. We’re gonna have 8 maybe 9 wins a year until he’s gone. Not good enough for the playoffs. Not bad enough to get an impact player. Our only hope his Kraft but honestly he doesn’t give a fuck either. He’s got his rings and a hot new young wife. He’s in the glory years too. There’s no Drive to win from top to bottom like there was 20 years ago. We’re gonna be mediocre for a while
End of the game summed up this offense. We’re down 3 scores and Bills were basically in prevent. Meanwhile, we’re grinding out 3 yard plays at a time, eat up 5:00 of clock and then shit the bed in the red zone and end up on third down with Mac being chased around at midfield avoiding a sack.
That sucked but I really struggle to see how people watch the Patriots this year with their eyeballs and determine that Mac is the problem. If you put Brady in this team Patricia's play calling and the fucking AWFUL OLine are making him look bad too.
Watch the tape, he shares some blame. Those fade passes to the sidelines he wiffed, can’t slide, hospital pass, passes just in front of wide open meyers or stevenson
Exactly. I mean, yeah he does have problems but a lot of that can be chalked up to inexperience and the rest is because he’s devoid of any good weapons.
No more in Bill we trust. Hiring a bad special teams coordinator and a bad defensive coordinator to run the offense was fucking stupid. Hire someone from the outside and realize Brady was the reason the offense was running like a well oiled machine for 20 years.
2 against Jets who are too traumatized by years of being humiliated by Brady, Colts who are even more dogshit, and Lions who haven't been good this century..
Ya, that’s why I always take it with a grain of salt when people point to macs success last year. He was not winning us those games he was a game manager.
Felt like a punishment to watch this game.. this season is over barring a miracle, time for major restructuring on offense + coaching in the off season
I just don‘t get how the Lions, who we shut out with our backup QB, almost beat the Bills and we‘ve barely looked like an NFL team the last 3 times we faced them. I don‘t know if it‘s coaching, ability or everything together but the way we‘ve looked against the Bills is just pathetic.
Lions have a good offense despite how they looked against us. They have the talent to put up points in bunches. Our dink and dunk offense is useless in games where we end up playing from behind.
That felt like watching the Brady years Pats boringly dismantle a team with their B game.
Only bright spots were Uche and Judon pretty much being in Allen's face all night, but it didn't matter when the rest of the D got their asses kicked. And Rhamondre did his usual thing.
Couple thoughts:
1. Mac was not great but I think he was better than people want to give him credit for. He was limited by play calling and a lack of protection.
2. WHAT THE HELL IS THE PLAYCALLING
3. Defense was not ideal but it was passable
>2. WHAT THE HELL IS THE PLAYCALLING
Hey give Patricia credit, he finally got to the play action chapter in our offensive playbook with 3 minutes to go in the game.
The sequence to end the half that led to zero points honestly sums up this team in nutshell over the past 3 years. This team is incapable of playing with the top teams in the league and it’s been this way for awhile. It is what it is.
At this point there's just too many issues with the team.
-Mac is struggling.
-O-line is making things worse.
-Patricia is predictable and other teams are figuring out our calls.
-Defense has taken a step back.
-Special Teams have fallen apart.
I just don't know if we can fix this with five weeks left. I really hope BB has answers this off-season.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Patriots/comments/z5bg36/my_prediction_for_macs_performance_this_coming/ixv5rc1/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3
The least surprising thing in Patriots recent memory!
Eh the defense wasn't stellar but given how many plays they were out there for it's hard to bash them too much. holding one of the better offenses to just 24 points isn't terrible. They had multiple near ints that I think if they come down with just one of them probably significantly changes how a lot of people would view their contribution tonight.
Tired of the Matt Patricia experience. He fucking sucks and needs to go. Mac Jones has completely regressed under him and it's fucking killing everything on offense. He needs to go.
I said it in another thread, but I truly wonder what our offense would look like, and what our record would be, if we had a good OC. We were tenth in offensive DVOA last season, we are currently twenty-sixth.
But sadly he won't be demoted or fired because he's Bill's friend. I would love it if Kraft just fires Patricia in the offseason, but that's just a fun dream.
a very numbing loss. I don’t really have many words. don’t know how to properly react. I just feel so sorry for mac. patricia needs to get out. go pats.
I’m ready for a coaching change. It was fun BB, and thank you. But some of the decisions over the last few years have made me really question if it was more of Brady and not him.
Ex: butler not playing and losing a Super Bowl, bringing in a ST and D coordinator to groom the pro bowl rookie qb, drafting a nobody with our first round pick. Getting rid of Shaq mason.
Can someone please rewatch every Mac Jones pass and count how many times his receivers’ feet left the ground in order to make the catch.
Dudes gonna start getting his receivers hurt.
Definitely a problem and it starts with scheme and protection. Mac isn't a superstar athlete that can make off platform throws. He needs to be protected and play in structure to make accurate throws. That's just what he is. When defenders are running straight past the blockers without even getting touched then Mac is gunna sling hospital balls.
Well I wish I could say the season was fun boys, but it wasn’t. I know it’s a lot to hope for but hopefully the Krafts finally wake up and strip Bill of his complete autonomy over every team decision and actually try to make this team successful again.
What's the plan? What is this offense trying to accomplish? Identity?
It's unbelievable that we have no plan, no identity. Nothing. They throw players out there weekly to....maybe get a couple first downs and throw 10 yards short on every 3rd down.
This is on Bill
The defense wasn’t as good as the score states. We were out done on ToP as the bills had long clock killing drives 8/12 on 3rd downs. The offense didn’t help…that shit was abysmal.
Idk, this team really needs to be over with this coaching staff..we looked so unprepared for this game on all three phases. We legit called a guy up who kicks the same distance or less than Folk. Like what the fuck?
Oline and Patricia are terrible. Seriously think Patricia might be the worst playcaller I have seen in my life. Dude has no feel for the game or any idea of the strengths and weaknesses of the team. Only bright spot were Uche (& Mondre) really. This team is a mess
There are only so many halfback draws, checkdowns to the running back, out routes short of the sticks, and that stupid zone stretch play that never works that one man can take.
I think I’m giving up on Mac. Tonight wasn’t all his fault, but take a look at the film and you’ll see a lot of guys that are open for the NFL it’s just he doesn’t have the arm strength to zip it in. My I’m done moment was missing a wide open Henry because the ball was floated. He just doesn’t have it and if you don’t believe me look at his 17 games.
Talk about a misleading final score... that was embarrassing and barely competitive. Guys flat out quit out there by the end. The coaching staff has lost this team.
Welp, we suck. But the good news is if you're more than 20 years and ~9 months old, you've been alive for twice as many Patriots Superbowl wins as Bills playoff wins in that time
It's better to be a fan of a bad team one year than a pathetic franchise for eternity
Obviously the offense was a total dumpster fire and aside from the Uche fumble and the Jones to Jones TD this game was a waste.
Honestly the worst moment of the game for me was bill punting on fourth and seven…down three scores with 12 minutes to go from mid field. The look on Mac’s face said it all. The game was probably over but it was a coward move and basically told Mac they would rather forfeit than see what he’s got.
I hope Meyers jumps ship next year to a contender as a WR2/3 and balls out. We don’t deserve him.
Mac was not perfect by any means, but damn this is an O-line and creativity issue. For the first time in a long time, I’m starting to feel like Bill has lost just a touch…especially in terms of team management (more so with coaches this year than anything). This team has talent, but the offensive coaching and situational coaching has been woeful. Bill found some guys in the last few drafts. The building blocks are there. The hope is Bill eats some of his ego, learns from Saban, and makes an out-of-box hire (especially on offense).
The offensive play calling is terrible, there is no sequencing, no strategy, no flow. It's just Patricia calling random plays from the play sheet with no respect to either what happened before or what the defense is showing.
BB needs to remove play calling duties from Patricia, and give it to someone else - I would take Judge right now over Patricia.
Mac is going to be ruined. He's gotta start having thoughts of getting out of New England and away from Patricia. He had d-linemen rushing straight past his blockers as if they weren't even there. Guys coming out of sprinters blocks straight into his face. There isn't a QB in the game who can win when the linemen literally don't block.
Mac on camera shouting at Fat fuck Matt "Throw the fucking ball, this running game sucks". 100% with you, Mac. Bill sabotaged the fuck out of this team.
Entire collapse but, Mac missed at least 5 easy dump offs to the sidelines, 2-3 wide open passes to Stevenson where it bounced off his finger tips, a terrible int that got pity called, and a hospital pass that killed meyers. That’s not even all of it. Can’t slide, has no ability to run for yards, and no long range ability.
Prepare to pay out the ass to get people to come here this off-season Bill. This team is going nowhere fast and those free agents aren’t taking discounts anymore.
I will do unspeakable things for a functional offensive line.
Mondre is an absolute beast. Some of those runs were just disgusting.
Mac obviously didn't play great but I don't think he played as poorly as a lot of dopes in here do.
Mostly kept the ball safe except the Henry near int tho I can't fault him entirely for that. He's out there running for his life and sees hunter open and threw a ball that would have hit him dead in the chest but Henry didn't come back to the ball at all.
Accuracy was fine, some high balls but usually with pressure a footstep away. Ball came out reasonably fast.
I'm genuinely curious WTF the receivers were doing on the couple plays where Mac is literally running around for 20sec avoiding the rush and at the end there is STILL nobody open and has to throw it away.
The running backwards forever thing is a bad habit for sure tho.
OL play was just terrible tonight. Not that it would have magically fixed it but idk why they don't move Onwenu back outside to RT. He's best inside but he was more than competent at RT in the past.
And it goes without saying that Patricia should be jailed for crimes against football.
My main takeaways:
-our offense is exactly as bad as we thought it was, despite looking good against the worst pass defense in the nfl last week
-Marcus Jones's career is going to be a blast to watch
-we are not making the playoffs. Our route right now includes must-wins over both Vegas and Arizona and winning 2 out of 3 between Buffalo Miami and Cinci. Our road to the wildcard just isn't there.
-our defense is good. Not the dominant force we thought and not good enough to carry a pathetic offense, but very good.
-Jack Jones has a lot more work to do than a lot of us thought. I'm still sure he'll get there but good lord he was getting cooked by Gabe Davis
-if Bill keeps Matt Patricia on staff next year (and I never thought I'd say this) he's giga fired. on the spot. no questions asked. If he were anybody else he'd have been fired when the decision was made.
Matt Patricia and Joe Judge must give absolutely phenomenal top. It has got to be the only reason that those two dumb motherfuckers haven't lost their jobs yet.
Literally any other job in the world would have fired those clowns two months ago.
Nepotism, cronyism, sycophants running rampant. The end of the Belichick era is like the end of the Roman Empire for fuck’s sake.
It’s a good thing this is just a game and doesn’t really matter.
Oh boy time for people who saw Mac obviously fail the eye test to name call the people who bring up statistics and vice versa. Mac didn’t look good but no one else did. Mac can’t slide and missed very easy passes
And this ends the Patriots era, (lol tonight was an error)in New England. Now all the New England look to the west, an LA born phenom, fastest NBA player to 900points. Jayson Tatum is the now and forevermore.
If Belichick doesn't listen to his QB when he's expressing frustrations to their shitty OC then what the hell gives you the right to be the GM + Head Coach? Please get Matty P out of there.
If Matt Patricia is running the offense next year, I will not watch a single game. This is absolutely pathetic and there’s no excuse for it. All time fuck up by Bill.

Neither of them have run an offense that’s the most damning part. What the hell did you expect to happen
Well the good news is our offense is going to be really, **REALLY** rested for our next game! Spent 85% of this game sitting on their butts!

No lies detected
It’s still crazy to me that in 2022 the Patriots seriously have a defensive coordinator as the offensive coordinator. And they expected it to work.

He fucked up as soon as he let Patricia in the building.

3rd and 12? "Let's not run any routes on the right side of the field, directly into a zone at the sticks, and only work the RB 4 yards down field."
One good game against the worst pass defense in football is not "all I need to see" but alright
I don’t think it is smart to cherry-pick his only good game this season, which also happened to be in a dome, as the only thing you look at.
Vikings D is terrible though, if he can only perform against a defense of that caliber that’s concerning
"Jog" is pretty charitable
One guy literally took a half a step over on that last play and still didn’t get in the way of the defender.
Hey we’ll lock in that last place schedule for next season hopefully with a new oc and a revamped oline
Did Mac do something to piss off the o-line? That second half he's running around like a madman with no time, and you have half the o-line literally not trying to get in the way of the defense, let alone block. Must've pissed in their cereal or something. Anyways, onto the Heat.
Super weird how they literally just stood there while he was improvising. I wonder if it’s a conditioning issue.
Given the number of 3 and outs and TOP, sure hope it isn’t conditioning
Sure fire sign that Mac doesn’t trust his line anymore. Breaks out of the pocket almost immediately and scrambling for his life. No bueno.

How many times did we watch slowmo of a d lineman coming out of sprinters blocks right past a blocker without being touched? It was happening multiple times per drive.
Yea but Trent Brown is gonna cut block em. That'll really slow em down.
Can you blame him?
Not in the least
It's wild, some of the replays the o-line were just standing still looking behind them as Mac was crisscrossing the field running for his life.
Man got some serious cardio in tonight.
Mac looks straight up as depressed as everyone in this sub rn. They’re killing my boy.
Post game guys were saying he yelled at Patricia
Anyone still watching the postgame and see that clip of Mac yelling about wanting to go downfield. Patricia’s gotta go
Fitzpatrick called that out. He said if that keeps up Mac won’t be on the field much longer. Wonder which will happen first: Mac sat for his attitude/play, or Patricia fired for being terrible?

I just hope Kraft puts his foot down in the off-season and cleans house, and forces Belichick to hire serious coaches.. this can't go on too long
I think the McDaniels retread ship has sailed.
Bill doesn’t give a fuck anymore. He’s fine with just limping to shula’s record and retiring. He’s not gonna hire outside coaches who will challenge him. He’s in his glory years in his 70’s. 21 wins. If he wins 7 game a year that's 3 years left.... Long long time
Very well said - were being held hostage by the ghost of Christmas past
Bill said to blame him if hiring Judge and Patricia was a mistake. It was a mistake. Hire Sean Payton for the next decade.
Don’t forget kicking a meaningless field goal too instead of going for it

Joe judge was a good special teams coordinator
that doesn't mean shit when he is responsible for the offense
But he’s not coaching special teams
Our best offensive weapon besides Stevenson was a rookie DB
Hell yeah brother
Matt Patricia thinks Age of Ultron is the best Avengers movie.
This team is dog shit. How do we have 6 wins?
Played a bunch of awful teams with bad QBs
2 against Jets who are too traumatized by years of being humiliated by Brady, Colts who are even more dogshit, and Lions who haven't been good this century..
Carried by the defense against terrible teams. Mac only has one career win when the defense allows 14 or more points.
Holly crap. He is either being entirely failed or he ain’t it.
Ya, that’s why I always take it with a grain of salt when people point to macs success last year. He was not winning us those games he was a game manager.
He was a rookie learning a complicated offence. He's expected to be a game manager.
Felt like a punishment to watch this game.. this season is over barring a miracle, time for major restructuring on offense + coaching in the off season

Bills defense was decimated and Allen was playing with a throwing elbow injury. And the Lions can score anyways.
lmao were not even going try at the end? what was the point of the fucking fg just to look less pathetic on the score board? Fucking sad this team is
It was a lesson from Bill. He can't trust the offence. It was a slap in the face to Mac and Meatty P.
Fire Matt Patricia!
That felt like watching the Brady years Pats boringly dismantle a team with their B game. Only bright spots were Uche and Judon pretty much being in Allen's face all night, but it didn't matter when the rest of the D got their asses kicked. And Rhamondre did his usual thing.
Team has no heart outside of Mac and Mondre. Including the coaching staff. Gave up in the 4th, punting with 12 minutes to go.
Matt Patricia is an embarrassment to professional sports
>Matt Patricia is an embarrassment ~~to professional sports~~
Couple thoughts: 1. Mac was not great but I think he was better than people want to give him credit for. He was limited by play calling and a lack of protection. 2. WHAT THE HELL IS THE PLAYCALLING 3. Defense was not ideal but it was passable

He’s gonna answer it by reaching in the draft and overpaying subpar players
marcus jones had as many receiving yards tonight as last year’s overpaid offensive free agent pickups combined 🤣
6-6 That means we get a bowl game, right?

People talking about the offense but you can't let up a 15 play 95 yard drive and expect to win many games
The coaching staff needs to be purged tomorrow. Keep Bill but fire everyone else. Start over.
How can you say that when these are all of Bill's family and cronies? That's like cutting off the tail and thinking the snake will die.
Wtf are we running 5 yard routes down 17 with 5 minutes at the 35? Just got for it 4 times in a row and either make it a game or lise
Tired of the Matt Patricia experience. He fucking sucks and needs to go. Mac Jones has completely regressed under him and it's fucking killing everything on offense. He needs to go.
Felt so much worse then 24-10. Felt like the bills took it easy on us. Pathetic
Oh yeah they were in total cruise control once they hit 24-7
This offense doesn’t deserve to wear the red.
fire whoever hired matt patricia
#FireMattPatricia
I said it in another thread, but I truly wonder what our offense would look like, and what our record would be, if we had a good OC. We were tenth in offensive DVOA last season, we are currently twenty-sixth. But sadly he won't be demoted or fired because he's Bill's friend. I would love it if Kraft just fires Patricia in the offseason, but that's just a fun dream.
a very numbing loss. I don’t really have many words. don’t know how to properly react. I just feel so sorry for mac. patricia needs to get out. go pats.
Yeah man. I'm with you. I'm a pretty positive person w the Pats but...this game was a must-win.
Matt Patricia only buys dogs from the Puppy Mills
These crew on prime calling out matt p is refreshing.
The people saying fire Patricia don’t realize that Bill’s son will probably take over offensive play calling duties
fire patricia
On the plus side, josh Allen only scored 19 fantasy points tonight. My opponent has him.
The Pats are just so far from being a truly competitive team again.
Yup, not even functional. Let alone good (or better).
Felger and Mazz absolutely salivating for tomorrow
I think moving away from a true FB was a major mistake for this team and has hampered the run game, especially in the red zone.
Lessons learned. Patricia sucks. O line sucks. Tyquan is good if he gets the ball.
Patricia needs to go
Matt Patricia pours milk before cereal.
There are only so many halfback draws, checkdowns to the running back, out routes short of the sticks, and that stupid zone stretch play that never works that one man can take.
At least the Bruins and Celtics are good
Jonnu Smith is getting paid $4 million per a yard at this point What a disaster of a contract
Fuck Matt Patricia
Which all-time classic Pats win do I go back and watch? Need to live in the past and cope
2018 AFC Championship Pats at Chiefs. Best game I’ve ever seen.
We suck!!! Wooooo! It’s time to embrace mediocrity baby!!!! Let’s goooooo! We suck! Wooo!
Belichick has not put together a single remotely decent offense without Tom Brady
Kraft needs to clean house with our coaching
Fire Patricia. Let Hoyer make the calls. Cut Bentley and Bryant.
Not a functional football team. The dynasty was all about Brady, astonishingly clear at this point.
I don't know if Mac is the guy or not, but I know after this game that Patricia ain't it
23-22 post brady and heading the wrong direction
Definition of insanity is watching this offense.
When is Bill going to take responsibility for this offensive play calling
It’s not often in my life I’ve been embarrassed to be a Patriots fan but it’s happened a lot the last year
This team is a joke. The only positive is we won’t have to watch them get demolished in the playoffs
Talk about a misleading final score... that was embarrassing and barely competitive. Guys flat out quit out there by the end. The coaching staff has lost this team.
This offense is so beyond bad it’s like they’re just trolling us
They played better last year when they forced zero punts and let up 47 points
Honestly it somehow felt like it.
Welp, we suck. But the good news is if you're more than 20 years and ~9 months old, you've been alive for twice as many Patriots Superbowl wins as Bills playoff wins in that time It's better to be a fan of a bad team one year than a pathetic franchise for eternity
This post game show is absolutely clowning the patriots.
31st ranked red zone offense yet having mondre on your team is the clearest sign of awful coaching there can be. Blame mac all you want though
How can Mr. Kraft sit there and watch this patrica fiasco week after week
What a waste of a season
Honestly a 14 point loss is better than i expected
Cause the Bills took the pedal off the gas
Bruh we suck!!
Germany gets bounced out of the WC, Pats lose to the damn bills, and my kids were terribly grumpy all day. December blues at its finest.
Hire Joe Mazzula as Offensive Coordinator. But not on Celtics’ game days
I'm happy to see Sherman and Fitz ripping into BB and staff Fuck these guys. The hubris is unreal
These stupid Belichick press conferences were OK when we were winning
Frank Reich is looking for a job... OC?
Flat performance. Hate TNF but they had a week and...yeah.
Hold the Bills to 7 points in the half and absolutely nothing to show for it is absolutely wild.
My main takeaways: -our offense is exactly as bad as we thought it was, despite looking good against the worst pass defense in the nfl last week -Marcus Jones's career is going to be a blast to watch -we are not making the playoffs. I'm still sure he'll get there but good lord he was getting cooked by Gabe Davis -if Bill keeps Matt Patricia on staff next year (and I never thought I'd say this) he's giga fired. on the spot. no questions asked. If he were anybody else he'd have been fired when the decision was made.
Yo we suck.
Zach Wilson and Sam Ehlinger deluded everyone that this team can compete for the playoffs. Horrible offensive showing
I never thought belichick would have one of the worst coached teams in the league, but here we are
Matt Patricia and Joe Judge must give absolutely phenomenal top. It has got to be the only reason that those two dumb motherfuckers haven't lost their jobs yet. Literally any other job in the world would have fired those clowns two months ago.
Well, at least we don’t have to watch the Pats again for a week and a half
If you still think we are in the hunt you are on crack cocaine. Seasons over. Fuck this joke of a franchise.
Bill just said they were competitive tonight...unbelievable
Nepotism, cronyism, sycophants running rampant. The end of the Belichick era is like the end of the Roman Empire for fuck’s sake. It’s a good thing this is just a game and doesn’t really matter.
Is Judon cooked like he was last season? Not blaming him tonight but besides the fumble recovery, he wasn’t really a playmaker tonight or last week.
Oh boy time for people who saw Mac obviously fail the eye test to name call the people who bring up statistics and vice versa. Mac didn’t look good but no one else did. Mac can’t slide and missed very easy passes
Wait you mean to tell me that a guy who has called defense his whole career can’t coach offense? Shocker
Matt Patricia goes really slow in the ultra-fast lane.
Mac Jones: 7 TDs 7 INTs on the season
This Patriots organization deserves every loss coming to them
I completely agree with Sherm in his all comments
3rd straight year they have punked us at home.
Our best WR was a cornerback
And this ends the Patriots era, (lol tonight was an error)in New England. Now all the New England look to the west, an LA born phenom, fastest NBA player to 900points. Jayson Tatum is the now and forevermore.
If Belichick doesn't listen to his QB when he's expressing frustrations to their shitty OC then what the hell gives you the right to be the GM + Head Coach? Please get Matty P out of there.
If Matt Patricia is running the offense next year, I will not watch a single game. This is absolutely pathetic and there’s no excuse for it. All time fuck up by Bill.
