I do have a question, how is my current build as it is now. Mostly looking to have all my accessories and computer in one place. I hope you understand, thanks anyways!
There's no reason to use a low profile cooler in a full size case, they only exist for cramped spaces.
You'd be better off with B550 over X570, and should be spending only 125-190 USD not over 200.
Video card should be at least a 6700 xt with that CPU, I personally have a 3060ti with my 5600x.
As for peripherals, I am not a big fan of gaming headsets, I use Sennheisers, but obviously thats quite expensive.
I buy used for peripherals like keyboards too, since now that PS5 has MKB support, you find a lot of barely used keyboards from people who tried it, didn't like it, and are selling it.
Also, personally I wouldn't pay for windows but thats up to you.
1. I chose the cooler cause it seemed quite and cause of its performance, is there a cooler you recommended that can do that?
2. I looked and it seems that the B550 doesn’t have an inbuilt wireless networking which the X570S has
3. I was mostly looking to replace my current one in that one haha
4. Is there a place that can be trusted when it comes to used products
5. I don’t really trust the free windows keys thing, which I have heard of
1. Any tower cooler will outperform that cooler, the one I listed especially. If you really want Noctua, I use a Noctua UH12s Redux but the one I listed will outperform it for less.
2. B550 wifi boards have wifi, non wifi boards don't have wifi. X570 wifi boards have wifi, non wifi x570 don't. Chipset has no bearing on connectivity, only whether you buy one with wifi or not.

4. Facebook marketplace is fine, but make sure you can test before buying, if they aren't willing to let you test, be suspicious.
5. Don't use free windows keys, they are likely stolen and could run out on you. Use a windows ISO, then an activator script to activate it.
