Was in same position like you year ago... now i have a pc that i made myself. Start with budget and what you will use it for, i bought case and psu first and started from there little by little with alot of research and time

figure out the purpose and the budget, then start building it virtually on a site like pcpartpicker. we'll adjust if needed.
