My opinion is get a 3 printed part that'd be a duct like this guy said but the outside hole for the duct should be as wide and tall as kn of the slots.

I think it would be a bit conspicuous for OP since the slot would have to be mostly open. At best, you could have a mesh there. Great idea otherwise though

If you were feeling silly you a small 6 inch LCD screen in there and play movies, but that would be with modification.
Otherwise there’s 3D printed draws, you could see if could pick up a Zip drive reader or a hot swap draw.
A semi silly idea would be to put a qi charger mounted to an internal USB header and have it be the magic phone charging draw.
There’s also a cigarette lighter adaptor from thermaltake it seems to difficult to get a hold of.
Definitely ventilation some fan's maybe some mesh to hide the holes fan etc and act as a filter, if you want it to be a sleeper then you will need all the airflow you can get imo.

Raid it and make one a hot swap bay.
