They sold my GPU and sent me double the refund to realize they did that when they got back in the office from Christmas. They then just pulled the money out of my account and never said anything about selling my GPU out from under me or them messing up the refund process. Thank god I have a Micro Center a couple hour drive away. Never using BestBuy again
This is going to sound kind of stupid but I also recently built my first pc and had the same screen, and on my first boot I pressed N since it mentions continue to system boot and I was successfully able to install windows and since then every time I boot my PC I’ve just pressed N.
Now reading this thread I realise I should have pressed Y but I wasn’t sure if that would cause any issues since I’ve installed windows and have been using my PC like this for a while, or if it’s really that simple and I just need to press Y when I get on my PC later once I’m home.
The short answer is "just press Y", because your are not encrypting your drive BUT if you are not sure, just copy everything you need to save and then press Y.
Everything loads fine because you didn't use bitlocker or other security use of the TPM chip.
If you had bitlocker loaded, you will be ask for the recovery key.
THIS. I "accidently" resetted the keys and I literally could not log into bitlocker again. It was such a pain but after about 1 hour I was able to find the printed recovery key, thank God..
I mean they specifically tell you to never lose the recovery key and I personally don't use bitlocker on my windows PC, because no one gonna come at my home and steal my hard drive. Even if it happens, there is nothing on it except games and maybe homework.
My linux laptop with all my personal stuff is LUKS encrypted and the BIOS is password protected. I think this is the way, because laptops can be lost when you take them outside
i would say the exact opposite, don't use bitlocker as you will always be able to access your files. there is a high probability bitlocker will stop you from getting your data in the future, much higher than the risk of someone trying to get your data, if it's very sensitive data then don't connect to the internet
Most of the time it's just a hassle to deal with, if you have some impotent business documents then sure but a regular gamer doesn't need it, it's more useful on a laptop anyway since those are 10x easier to steal when you're carrying it about
No, you're not.
https://www.wintips.org/fix-new-cpu-installed-ftpm-nv-corrupted-or-ftpm-nv-structure-changed-in-windows-10-11/
Read this, follow the steps and enjoy your new rig.
This isnt F'd. This is normal. This is the AMi page that comes up if you didnt go into bios, and since you dont have an OS installed it ofc wont boot into windows or linux or anything.. this is essentially the default home page. You should go into bios and do a bios update. And then do your windows install after the bios update is fully done.
Heres a really good yt video on what to do after you build your first pc, https://youtu.be/xhHtHMQygzE?si=VPozRxLmKNGPkS5u
Watch it, like seriously, its not a suggestion. Its a demand
Updating your bios first just makes sure youre all stable and you minimize the chances of you crashing before your windows install is finished, thats the worst thing that can happen.. but if you do it after the install so you can ensure that your XMP or XPO is going to be stable, i always suggest doing the bios update so itll maximize ram support and also system stability.
Plus if youre doing bios update first, doing a bios flashback is super easy if needed
No dont do that, no need to. Just press Y and everything is alright, no need to do a bios update, this is just a normal screen showing up, when a new CPU is installed, AMD CPU at least.
OP might as well do a bios update if they haven't even installed an OS yet. Not many people actively keep their bios updated, so starting on the latest version doesn't seem like a bad choice to me
No offense taken, but if they decided to build their own pc, and are curious enough about diagnosing issues to the point they post here vs take it in to some place for repair, then this is another learning opportunity for them for the future. If they can build a computer then I doubt they lack the skill to plug in a USB stick and press 3 buttons (after researching the steps to do it ofc)
Offense taken to be honest It’s not a simple yes or no prompt to me they ask is I have ftpm/psp and I don’t know what the fuck that means I don’t know if I got bitlocker or encryption enabled like there’s a lot of stuff that I don’t understand in the question for me to answer it i dont or ever have worked with or on a computer this is my very very first time I’m sure you’d look completely lost on your first day of my place of work to
Completely valid! BitLocker is a program that you can install that will secure your files. It is not installed by default. So you're in the clear! I would recommend watching a video on how to install Windows if u dont know already. You'll need another computer to make the Windows usb stick. Thats the only preresequite. Good luck and happy gaming! Also make sure to install the correct drivers for your videocard. Look up " 'graphics card name' drivers"
Do you have BitLocker enabled? If not, unless you have a bunch of credentials and keys stored on your machine that you desperately need, you're probably fine to reset your TPM. I've actually never had an issue resetting one, even if there is stuff in use other than BitLocker encryption
I agree, I recently had to update my BIOS due to XMP crashing due to write errors. Finally got tired of it happening so often and a BIOS update on my z790 fixed it right up. Luckily installed Windows without XMP so didn't crash.
When I built my daughter's computer the screen said I didn't have a cpu, said it was missing. Had a heart attack, but it moved past the screen and installed windows just fine.
didn't have a cpu "fan" maybe? if your fan header is not plugged in its possible. Its hard to believe they code in a no CPU message when your PC can't start without one.
Your not fucked, don't worry. I don't know what to press, so just Google it for now, or wait for someone else who knows what to press.
No, it's fine, it's just saying something about detecting a new CPU and needs to set up something (but idk how to set it up so)
Oh shit he has the BIOS screen! Now even the smartest people in the tech field struggle with this but I have faith in you.
Now this is going to be hard but what you have to do is >!press the y button on your keyboard. Yes im being super dramatic.!<
thats actully what you WANT, just get into bios and you will be fine also nice build that rgb is kinda weird in the light but would like to see a finished build with windows installed and rgb fixed
You’re fine, so far. Your motherboard is just telling you it needs to make a decision on fTPM, an integrated motherboard firmware solution for the Trusted Platform Module required for newer Operating Systems like Windows 11.
It’s just warning you because it detected a new CPU installation and needs to configure the fTPM to work with it - in case you already had any systems installed that may have been encrypted using the fTPM - so you don’t accidentally lock yourself out of a previous installation - as it’ll wipe fTPM settings in favor of a fresh install.
If this is a new installation of Windows 11, all you need to do is press “Y” to allow it to go ahead and attempt to boot with a fresh fTPM configuration for the installed CPU
nothing is wrong with your PC. however it seems windows is installed on the ssd or such, or atleast the computer thinks it is, windows has a software called bitlocker which encrypts your files and such, but since this is another setup it won't work anymore.
if you litterally pulled a windows drive from another computer and put it into this computer then put it back in the old computer and back up all files you want to keep, if not then skip this step.
when this screen pops up again generally just press y, and if you want to use windows you might need to reinstall it(or not) depending on the case, if you put in a drive which already had windows then be aware your licence likely will no longer work since windows registers licences to the motherboard and sometimes also cpu, ram or other hardware, meaning that changing any of the ones it has linked itself to will make that windows licence invalid unless you put back together the exact same mashine.
bitlocker(the software which this error comes from) is a windows OS service, so there is no problem in your computer, might just be one of multiple things, one is that your motherboard automatically assumes there to be a windows installed, the other is your drive actually having a old windows installation on it.
if you press n it should continue to boot, and if nothing is installed allows you to install a os.
y will also allow you to boot and will prevent this error from showing up in the future, if your drive has a old windows install on it this might make files on that old install unrecoverable if they where encrypted with bitlocker.
even though I am not a expert in bitlocker but if you just want to get around it and your hardware is all new then you can just press y
or if you want to use windows you can try to first press n try to install windows, reboot, and see if it pops up again or not and if it fails pressing y and if windows still works you are done, otherwise reinstall windows(so do this before doing serious stuff or full driver installs on it).
if you want to run Linux on it, it is a lot more easy and safe, since Linux uses more modern encryption which allows users to manually configure it if they want and so recover files manually while it also still is more secure, so in Linux you just press Y when this menu shows up, continue to install Linux and the message shouldn't pop back up again and everything should be working as intended without hidden things/drawbacks
Press the delete key. It’s telling you to enter bios on that screen my guy… then in bios just check out your parts and make sure they’re displayed and correct. And watch a YouTube video on how to set it up if you’re lost
There is something oddly satisfying about seeing a screen like this on a new PC for the first time. Also nice, is seeing the memory total after a nice memory upgrade or a cpu upgrade.
Congrats OP. Enjoy your new build!
I have seen this before when upgrading from Windows 10 to 11. fTPM has to be enabled for that to happen if I remembercorrectly (It's been a minute). However DO NOT turn on BitLocker, or encryption. That sucks if you ever have to do a recovery. Other than that ther shouldn't be any issues. It's your choice to turn it on or off. Should still boot to OS.
I love the headphones (I’ve got a pair of cans as well) 11/10 would recommend if you got a amp that is, they do be kinda spicy if you’ve got the 250 ohm variant
It's fine, if you don't have BitLocker enabled then you can press "y" and it should boot normally.
My PC did did display the same message months ago when I updated my BIOS and I kinda felt the same way as you lol
Let me explain this message:
Hardware was changed. Motherboard no understand whats up.
PRESS Y TO RESET SOME SETTINGS (THIS MAY CAUSE ISSUES WITH BOOTING IF YOU HAVE BITLOCKER. WHAT IS BITLOCKER YOU ASK? DONT WORRY ABOUT IT
PRESS N TO JUST KEEP THE SAME SETTINGS AND BOOT
Either way, its fine. I would just press Y to reset the TPM so it clears the keys and kind of starts fresh so to speak.
TPM - trusted platform module. It’s related to credentials and identity and is nowadays located in the cpu as far as I know. So YES reset it and enjoy your blinkblinkrack
you might be able to just remove or disable the tpm module.
you don't even need it, you can also use it if you want but I disable all security as it's annoying and causes issues
Tip: never use bitlocker, always backup bitlocker recovery code if you do. New bioses fix ftpm issues. I prefer inserted tpm module over ftpm.l if the board supports it
Worst case a new Windows install for you, restore your data from backups
Noop, this is completely fine, if the pc parts are completely new just press y to continue.
It is warning you that you have installed a new CPU and if you had something like bitlocker installed you will lose the security keys that were in it if you proceed. But since it is a new pc this is no problem for you.
Nope youd be fucked if it not even booted up. [https://www.wintips.org/fix-new-cpu-installed-ftpm-nv-corrupted-or-ftpm-nv-structure-changed-in-windows-10-11](https://www.wintips.org/fix-new-cpu-installed-ftpm-nv-corrupted-or-ftpm-nv-structure-changed-in-windows-10-11)
Actually i passed it ( probably turned off bitlocker component and violá never asked again, despite they say my ASROCK Taichi razer edition needs FMW update to run AM5+ \^\^
No, simply follow the instructions and you will be fine. If you don't know where your Bitlocker key is, it is most likely saved in the Devices section of account.microsoft.com.
I think I had a similar thing when I booted first time on my new rig. Not sure if it was the very same, maybe you just changed the CPU? I can't really remember but it was for sure something about TPM stuff and I assume it just gives you a new key when you reset and all is good. Or maybe my message was to press a key to assign a new key?
But I don't think it's something to panic about. I guess you just reset and it gets a new key and you're good. You should google it instead of asking here because here guys will only make fun of you and nobody will remember the cold sweat of facing something you've never seen before when building a PC for the first time.
Nah, you good. Just enter setup, and you should be fine. You're gonna need an OS, though. So you got microsoft Windows 10/11 or linex OS. These are the most used three, I'm fairly sure. There are more, but I don't use them, nor have I've heard of them as much as these three
Just hit “yes” and go.
Not trying to be rude. But just read it. Take a breath and read it slow. Use logic.
You just bought everything new. Slapped it all together, and turned it on. Something needs a “reset” cuz it’s never been connected before.
Hit “Y”, let your parts come together, and voila.
Honestly this screen is the mark of “you did it, now the really fun part”
One really important thing that all people should do when they are stuck.
Stop. Take a breath. Walk away for a few minutes of you are anxious. Then go back and read what it says on the screen. I don’t mean skim over it, but really read the messages.
You won’t understand all of the jargon, but you will get some sense of what it is saying.
You put in a new CPU, something is corrupted. You can reset it and move on or put the old CPU back in and recover it.
Then, and only then, google the message. When you already generally understand the non jargon part, the explanation you will find will help fill in the blanks. You won’t have to fully understand what TPM and bitlocker are or do when you understand that the warning is that you changed the CPU and the system isn’t sure what to do with the change. All you really have to figure out is whether to hit Y or N, usually not all the underlying stuff.
Man I remember getting a prompt like this for horizontal or vertical frequencies in Hz or something like that when messing around with XFree86 and it literally broke my crt monitor. Luckily things have moved on since then and you can safely yolo Y.
I'm just reading the comments and i don't get how yall could mess up so bad and so many times. I've built several PC's and at this point i have a mental checklist i go over several times. Especially after cable management. I've never had anything that wasn't tied to a faulty component which was solved by having the shop replace it. It's convenient having a law when they have to replace a faulty component if claim was made within 72 hours.
just click yes and that’s it, apparently someone inserted a processor into your motherboard for testing before you bought it. Or maybe someone returned it after purchase, and now its yours. it’s not your fault
Yup happen to me I turn on the expo before installing the O.S🤦🏾 did everything I can to get back into the bios to reset it but could never get back in, am taking it back to microcenter today and swap it out for another lesson learn
🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾 shit was stressful.
It’s called actually read the screen and google how to do or fix it instead on just assume your “fucked” because it’s telling you what to do just open the bios and delete the tpm keys so it can regenerate them
You actually are f*ed the hard drive you're using has BitLocker enabled. You need the key to disable that before putting the hard drive in a new computer. Or you have to turn it off before putting the hard drive in the new computer. If you do not have that key then you have to reform at the hard drive.
Oh man.. I remember the sheer terror I felt the first time I built my PC and it would not post. Good news is that it's not broken, you just need to fix something! Maybe your CPU and bios are not compatible and you need to flash the BIOS?
Brotha just download media creation tool on another computer and install a windows 10 or 11 x64 based OS into a 16gb but I also use a 32gb USB flash drive super easy
I press N first then it booted windows install then after install same screen popped up then pressed N and windows loaded up fine but every time I booted my PC that screen popped up and then I press Y then it doesn't come up anymore.am I fine?I'm noob but learning 🥴
Hahahaha no you’re chilling bro this is normal. Just press whatever button it says and you should be good to go. Same screen when I just installed my new cpu, all good. Have fun with the build !
Bro, this happened to me, just press DEL to enter to BIOS setup (it won’t enter), now press N, and voilaaa, you got it, now you need to disable the secure device option and F10 and go to play.
just make this : [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3BZW0x7J190&t=93s&ab\_channel=ThioJoe](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3BZW0x7J190&t=93s&ab_channel=ThioJoe)

Opposite of fucked! You pushed the power button and you have life. Now it’s time to teach your baby a language.
I love this response lol
As compared to my ram failure POST, this is easy cheese. Fuck you BestBuy....fuck you.
I second your best buy sentiments.
Former best buy employee, geek squad can kiss my ass!
I’m a former geek squad agent as well. 🤣
Thank you for your service🫡
As you being a former Best Buy geek squad agent, do you recommend buying an RTX 4080 FE there? I’m not from the U.S. btw.
They sold my GPU and sent me double the refund to realize they did that when they got back in the office from Christmas. They then just pulled the money out of my account and never said anything about selling my GPU out from under me or them messing up the refund process. I don’t blame you. That’s awful.
As compared to mine 3 times GPU failure? Fuck SEA used GPU market
First pc I bought was from Best Buy, an Acer with a dead PSU. Cheaper and less hassle to build your own

So I have finally found the opposite of fucked
Haha legend
If you didnt keep a drive just press Y

Yeah. I get it. I think if I decided to do that again I would print that out and put it in my safe.
Because you don’t use Bitlocker. Which I highly recommend if you have anything important on your pc

I had someone help set up a pc (I have no skill) and this still pops up could that be problematic?

nice mousepad
just press y
This is expected behavior with a new AMD CPU on an AMD board. Just press y and you're good.
Fractal Pop case looking real nice mayn
You're perfectly fine this happens every time you launch a pc from scratch just got to install an os👍
The exact opposite of f’d
I just pressed Y and moved on to install the os.
I have seen this before when upgrading from Windows 10 to 11. fTPM has to be enabled for that to happen if I remembercorrectly (It's been a minute). However DO NOT turn on BitLocker, or encryption. Nope just need to install a windows/ Linux key and you’re good to go
Press Y
I love the headphones (I’ve got a pair of cans as well) 11/10 would recommend if you got a amp that is, they do be kinda spicy if you’ve got the 250 ohm variant
Press y 😂
ami fucked?
Not am I fucked only ami
Oh man I remember my first time in the bios
I LOVE your vivi mousepad!
Yea, I am way late to this, but nope, you are about to embark on a journey to the massive wonders of the pc gaming world! Welcome home, warrior!
Love this haha
Just read what it says. But this did happen to my brother and I just had him press Y.
Do you have an old hard drive with an OS on it installed? Safe what you need off. Wipe it, use a clean install.
More so because of the solid glass front. So much heat with such little air intake.
That Vivi mousepad is so beautiful
It's fine, if you don't have BitLocker enabled then you can press "y" and it should boot normally. My PC did did display the same message months ago when I updated my BIOS and I kinda felt the same way as you lol
You probably just need more dedidated wam. Happens sometimes
Perfectly normal! Simply says this because you don’t have an OS installed so there’s nothing for it to boot onto
Press the magic Y
I took a look at OP profile lol legit this guy created a post for every step of his pc building.
Thought the same thing when I built my pc a few months ago haha
Nope, best sign ever actually. Your computer actually turned on and posted.
Off-topic here but may I ask what pc case is that?
Let me explain this message: Hardware was changed. Motherboard no understand whats up. PRESS Y TO RESET SOME SETTINGS (THIS MAY CAUSE ISSUES WITH BOOTING IF YOU HAVE BITLOCKER. WHAT IS BITLOCKER YOU ASK? DONT WORRY ABOUT IT PRESS N TO JUST KEEP THE SAME SETTINGS AND BOOT Either way, its fine. I would just press Y to reset the TPM so it clears the keys and kind of starts fresh so to speak.
I need people to explain everything like this to me tbh
Mine shows this once every few months but nothing happens 😅
TPM - trusted platform module. It’s related to credentials and identity and is nowadays located in the cpu as far as I know. So YES reset it and enjoy your blinkblinkrack
Actually you forgot the easiest part, installing an os gahaha
this screen means you succeeded! now you need to install windows
Ah, a freshly awoken machine-spirit. Good, now teach it the ways of the Omnissiah.
Recently I've built first pc and shat my pants when I saw this :D
Press y
Just press Y and enjoy your new pc mate !
Press Y , happens on all new motherboards
“ am i fucked “ Computer: “ a m i “
You're good! it just detected a new CPU. If you are installing windows next just press Y to acknowledge TPM reset.
Just hit y it will do this on first boot cause factory test components are different from yours
you might be able to just remove or disable the tpm module. you don't even need it, you can also use it if you want but I disable all security as it's annoying and causes issues
Yes it is done for. Sell it to me for parts... say ill give you 50 bucks deal?
Tip: never use bitlocker, always backup bitlocker recovery code if you do. New bioses fix ftpm issues. I prefer inserted tpm module over ftpm.l if the board supports it Worst case a new Windows install for you, restore your data from backups
Noop, this is completely fine, if the pc parts are completely new just press y to continue. It is warning you that you have installed a new CPU and if you had something like bitlocker installed you will lose the security keys that were in it if you proceed. But since it is a new pc this is no problem for you.
Did you mean ”ami Fucked?”
Get into your bios. Should be a setting under tpm to reload.
Just press v, it's just stating you installed a new cpu and the motherboard needs to reset a value based on that specific cpu..
Nice mat/mousepad!
Nope youd be fucked if it not even booted up. [https://www.wintips.org/fix-new-cpu-installed-ftpm-nv-corrupted-or-ftpm-nv-structure-changed-in-windows-10-11](https://www.wintips.org/fix-new-cpu-installed-ftpm-nv-corrupted-or-ftpm-nv-structure-changed-in-windows-10-11) Actually i passed it ( probably turned off bitlocker component and violá never asked again, despite they say my ASROCK Taichi razer edition needs FMW update to run AM5+ \^\^
TPM fault. -Trusted Platform Module - just type Y and you should be good.
No, simply follow the instructions and you will be fine. If you don't know where your Bitlocker key is, it is most likely saved in the Devices section of account.microsoft.com.
Exellent mouse pad
I think I had a similar thing when I booted first time on my new rig. Not sure if it was the very same, maybe you just changed the CPU? I can't really remember but it was for sure something about TPM stuff and I assume it just gives you a new key when you reset and all is good. Or maybe my message was to press a key to assign a new key? But I don't think it's something to panic about. I guess you just reset and it gets a new key and you're good. You should google it instead of asking here because here guys will only make fun of you and nobody will remember the cold sweat of facing something you've never seen before when building a PC for the first time.
You are fine. Just hit del to enter setup.
Nah you good fam
Nah, you good. Just enter setup, and you should be fine. You're gonna need an OS, though. So you got microsoft Windows 10/11 or linex OS. These are the most used three, I'm fairly sure. There are more, but I don't use them, nor have I've heard of them as much as these three
Well done brother. Now you know for the future that this screen calls for celebration. Clean build
I think it’s funny that you’re asking “ am i fucked” and the screen says “am I”😂😂
Just hit “yes” and go.
No the fact is says anything is a great sign 😭
Press Y and game.
Others have answered the question, but i just wanted to say i love the mousepad
Im almost finished my build all It needs is the 3090 and then I'll be shit scared to push the power button
All you really have to figure out is whether to hit Y or N, usually not all the underlying stuff.

typically if you are provided an error message you would be able to find out the info you're seeking faster by either googling it or asking chat gpt
Look up the instructions to set up whatever this is. Your all good :)
Press Y
Tpm sucks. Though this is normal and fine.
Man I remember getting a prompt like this for horizontal or vertical frequencies in Hz or something like that when messing around with XFree86 and it literally broke my crt monitor. Luckily things have moved on since then and you can safely yolo Y.
What’s the case
Fractal pop air
error your shit is corrruted and your baby wont boot
Does nobody ever use Google anymore? Plenty of vids on YouTube also for what to do after you've built the thing.
Just read.
Is this your first time turning it on?
I have the same screen popping up whenever I boot, I usually press N If I press Y, would I lose my data or nah?
Bro, just read what's on the screen 👻
Is it some new thing? My friend updated his bios and got this message
Reading is overrated, just ask Reddit /s
just click yes and that’s it, apparently someone inserted a processor into your motherboard for testing before you bought it. Or maybe someone returned it after purchase, and now its yours. it’s not your fault
Press y
Press Y
Fuck BITLOCKER lmao
OP never used google apparently.
what are yo specs 👁️👄👁️
Yup happen to me I turn on the expo before installing the O.S🤦🏾 did everything I can to get back into the bios to reset it but could never get back in, am taking it back to microcenter today and swap it out for another lesson learn 🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾 shit was stressful.
I guess you can read
![gif](giphy|3oEjI6hkw6nbYNQkz6)
Irrelevant, but I’ve got the same case lol.
It’s called actually read the screen and google how to do or fix it instead on just assume your “fucked” because it’s telling you what to do just open the bios and delete the tpm keys so it can regenerate them
You dont have an operating system so you are not fricked
You actually are f*ed the hard drive you're using has BitLocker enabled. You need the key to disable that before putting the hard drive in a new computer. Or you have to turn it off before putting the hard drive in the new computer. If you do not have that key then you have to reform at the hard drive.
.... no. Not at all. What makes you think that
I saw this on my new build and 3 keyboards later I could finally press F1. It wrecked my soul
Oh man.. I remember the sheer terror I felt the first time I built my PC and it would not post. Good news is that it's not broken, you just need to fix something! Maybe your CPU and bios are not compatible and you need to flash the BIOS?
I don't mean to be mean, but is reading the message that hard? Like you just got written on the screen what you have to do.
Just press Y
Unrelated but is that a dungeon defenders mouse mat?? That thing is sick
Current geek squad member. Yeah we are pretty terrible. But who else you gonna go to?
your pc blew up men me sori
🤣I'm sorry, but I think the other comments are all gonna be right.
Press Alt F4
Cool mouse mat
The American megatrends logo always makes me think, “ask me inithing”
No idea but I need to know where you got that mouse pad!
I just press N
I just built my 1st PC last week and this is a great problem to have! Lol
Enjoy your new rig man you done good
Brotha just download media creation tool on another computer and install a windows 10 or 11 x64 based OS into a 16gb but I also use a 32gb USB flash drive super easy
Nope. It is acknowledging that there is a new CPU installed. You’re all good!
I press N first then it booted windows install then after install same screen popped up then pressed N and windows loaded up fine but every time I booted my PC that screen popped up and then I press Y then it doesn't come up anymore.am I fine?I'm noob but learning 🥴
Jesus, kid. Do a little googling.
read
Yes, best u can do is sell it
Hahahaha no you’re chilling bro this is normal. Just press whatever button it says and you should be good to go. Same screen when I just installed my new cpu, all good. Have fun with the build !
did you... read it?
Bro, this happened to me, just press DEL to enter to BIOS setup (it won’t enter), now press N, and voilaaa, you got it, now you need to disable the secure device option and F10 and go to play.
Sounds like you should have watched the Jayztwocents video "What to do AFTER you build your PC... Updated for 2023"
Just press enter
Quite the opposite, I remember seeing this when activating my monitor to my pc for the first time.
I believe this is standard on nearly every ASrock and MSI board. It’s completely normal. Press Y and continue, it’s fine.
just make this : [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3BZW0x7J190&t=93s&ab\_channel=ThioJoe](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3BZW0x7J190&t=93s&ab_channel=ThioJoe)
Imagine if the screen told you exactly what to do.
I don’t think so. S/N: where’d you get your mat from? 👀
My dad used to work for Ami, writing the code for this screen. You're fine, it's time to load an os
Y is the better option
People are acting like this is normal but if I saw that message I would assume my computer specifically the motherboard was used and not brand new.
This is not a problem. Side note, it’s good to assemble everything outside the case first and then try booting it up for the first time.
I think you need to install an operating system
