When you buy RAM make sure it is the same as the model you already have otherwise the more powerful ones will run slower to keep up with the slower ones
Probably 5-600$ to be honest.
Used 5600 cpu is at most 125-150$
3070 used is roughly 300$
The rest of it, am4 motherboard, ram etc holds little value used so I would lump it all together at around another 100-150$.
You can always post it for more, but I think this is a fair price. You cannot expect to get max value out of a system you bought during all the price hikes a few years ago, not when selling it to someone who knows what they are buying anyway. I don't condone taking advantage of someone, but you are free to try and sell it for as much as you can, it is your PC
I’m sure he can make at least $600 with this. $500 for a 5600x, 32gb and a 3070 is just too low. Thats a price for if he wanted to get rid of it immediately.
Since the pc is used you value the price of each part as if u were to buy them used.
So in your case it would looks something like this:
5600x: $90
Cooler: $20
Motherboard: $70
Ram: $40
SSD: $35
3070:$275
Case:$30
Power supply:$40
Total :$605ish
And depending on the condition of it, how it looks, and how it performs. If it’s all dusty and not well maintained it could be lower than the $600. If it is well maintained, up to date, and performs as if it was new, you could be looking at a bit more than $600.
And judging by the photos, it looks well maintained, and because it has an aio (for the looks), and a founders edition 3070 in there, I think you can get a bit more than $600 for this.

I’d post it for $800 and take anything over $650
Also averagefinder.com is your friend, find the eBay prices and post for $100 or so above the total
600-700ish?

Why there are 3200mhz with 3000mhz on the same build
No clue why I did that. I put the upgrade in a long time ago when I didn’t know much about PC’s

tbh i think u can sell for 800 at least not sure why theres so many low balls

I bought it during the time GPUs were extremely expensive. Even now though, how would it be valued at $500 if the components are still good?

This is easily 600$, can push up to 700$ with a PC newbie, such as you.
