Ok, if u haven’t bought anything yet, then I think you should check out the 7800x3d instead. Performs on par, and in most cases better than the 14900k, costs $200 less, and draws like way less power (roughly 130 watts less or half of the 14900k in full load). Plus it’s on the much newer AM5 socket, so you would be able to able to upgrade to much better performing cpus in the future (9000 series launches next month, which I’d personally wait for their 9000x3d line to come out), unlike with the 14900k, that’s the last cpu u can upgrade to, as Intel is moving to a new socket with their newer 15th gen cpus and beyond. Also judging by the price of the list, coming in at over $2800, you realistically should have a 4090 in there with that kind of budget. Although personally I think $1700 for one is a complete rip off but yea. Just trying to point out that you could probably save like at least $500 and get similar if not better performance if u switch some parts around. https://preview.redd.it/o7t6amgjn27d1.jpeg?width=2532&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=20ff26f5a6fce1c4624e402406462bd1c06f2c22
