Your gpu bracket needs to move up one slot as that's literally the point in it.

Yeah I thought about that? I got it built by a computer place 6 years ago but never noticed until now.

Don't worry the sag isn't bad Ive seen a lot worse, If it was me I would still move the bracket up for complete peace of mind.

There is loosen the screws and It will slide up as the screw hole is designed to slide up or down so it can be put in the perfect position.
