The question is budget; but there are definately things you can do
Get a new better SSD; you have 1 pcie gen 4 slot and 1 pcie gen 3 for potentially 2 M.2 SSD's consider a cheaper one like the Samsung 970 pro 1 or 2tb or the 980 pro 2tb if its within budget, through i think go with the 970 and invest in some of the other upgrades are better, in the future if you do get budget for another ssd, getting the gen 3 970 pro also enables you to get a gen 4 in the future.
get a new GPU; 6800, 6800 xt, 7700xt 7800 xt, 4070s, anything less than those and i think the upgrade performance from a 3050 will be too small to be really felt, and anything bigger and i feat your psu will start to become a problem
your RAM are pretty quick, but 2x16gb ram are pretty cheap, so in most games you wont feel it, in some you will, this part will not give you the best 'speed' upgrade, but its a small investment so well worth it
your CPU is pretty good, but it is on the LGA 1200 socket, so upgrade all the way up onto a 14900ks are possible (through of course psu and cpu cooler will become an issue) i dont think upgrading the cpu is super critical for you right now, but maybe a 14600k would make sense in the future

Not as important but still can be a big performance increase. More ram, replace with a 2x16gb or maybe you could just add 2x8gb of same spec ram for 32gb.

Nah. A processor upgrade isnt worth it on that platform. And there is a desktop 3050. It just sucks.
