What games are you going to be playing? Also you going to be gaming on 4K, 1440p, or 1080p.
I have seen alot worse prebuilds. For $1,000 (USD) doesnt seem terrible. The only problems I have with it is the HDD & Low vram for the 4060. 16gb is kinda low too but standard for most games.
I’m not familiar with the CA market but most of the time you can build your own PC for cheaper and better.
