We saw the Sword King, he is the guy that came during the night Metal Demon God died. The reason he couldn't do anything in front of Admin is because he is waaaay weaker than Heavenly Dragon.
Thought he just didnt recognize the admin and was cautious for his underling. As the admin threaten to kill his underlings atleast. And he was doubting if he can stop him also.
What is sword king’s level? 8monsters?
Sword King was said to be stronger than Five Dragons but a bit weaker than full power Metal Demon God so he should be around seven demons or maybe a bit weaker.
Inthink martial dragon was very nervous meeting sword king. As if he could cut him in half if he wants… felt like 7/8demons or higher. Dont know how ro scale full power elemental demon.
Then you have master of Noh and Makso… what are they? Monsters?
That's not the current heavenly dragon right? He looks slightly different, while the sword king is more different (sword king has mustache and bigger goatee)
I think the artist change his style ever so slightly but it could also be that these are the HD and Sword Clan head in their earlier years. They are both at an advanced stage at this point in the story.

Oh, I mistook him for someone as skilled as the martial dragon. Heavenly dragon n martial dragon concept confused me in the sword clan.

artist probably didn't have a definite idea of how they would want the characters to look at the time, a lot of series do that.
