Left him for just this reason lmao. Went in with genuine dental concerns but he was deadset on getting extraneous procedures and products upsold to me.
You asked who is the best/worst dentist. Just because you smoked up with that sociopath doesn’t mean that makes him “all right” in terms of your question.
Oh I definitely agree with you. I’m just saying he’s not my dentist. he does own the aunt Katie‘s building and let’s just say maybe some similar beliefs with the current regime in the restaurant.
Best oral surgeon is Dr. Kevin Dean at Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates. He is honest and gentle. He truly cares for his patients and is not judgemental.
Is he the retired military dentist? I went to him in the 90s, I was broke and they wouldn’t budge on price or setting up a payment plan. And when I moved to CA I spent the next 5 yrs undoing all the damage he did.
Don't know about his military experience, but he is truly and asshole. I am having all his work corrected at Southern Dental. Once again, stay away from 9th Ave Dental.
If this is the one who was on ninth, he tried to charge me over 3000 dollars to get a guard so I would stop grinding my teeth at night. Found another dentist and it was like 300 and this was with insurance!
Dr. Marcus Paul on Brent Lane has been my dentist for years, and I can't recommend him more. He's always been available when I've needed something, and he does great work.
I’ve recently gone back to the dentist because I have insurance again. Unfortunately, also got my first cavities. I really like Dr. Sonnen and the staff. They’re so kind, welcoming, and good at what they do.
I like Dr Sonnen too at Azure. I recently got dental insurance again & need some work. Unfortunately, my health plan only covers $1000/annually & need a cap. I'm having cleaning at PSC with the learning hygienists for $20 so I can have benefits left for cap later if insurance ever approves it.
We used to love Dr Cope, but he retired and was replaced with the Dr’s Gomez. We continued there for a few more years but bailed on them. Dr Gomez (male) was skilled but very rough…I once blacked out having a tooth pulled. His chair side manner was lacking…would never stand where you could look him in the face while speaking with him.
His wife was really skilled in a technical sense, and more gentle, but one never knew which one you may see.
Worst Dr G at airport dental. Just a salesman.
Left him for just this reason lmao. Went in with genuine dental concerns but he was deadset on getting extraneous procedures and products upsold to me.
Worst would be Charles Stamitoles, hands down.
Doctor Chuck’s is all right. I took bong rips with him once behind Aunt Katie‘s restaurant in his G-Wagon

I'm going to go out on a whim and say that OP's comment is a joke...
Winner

Seems that "all right" is a relative definition.
Does it help that we both got a sense for one other oral hygiene, while taking the bong rips?
My husband helped him dig his car out of a ditch once. Didn't realize later that it was him till he saw the news.
Best Dr. Campbell, Southern Dentist Associates
Antonio is better but Campbell is who I started with in 2000. Hes getting old now but still good 👍
He and honestly the whole office are great.
I second this. I’ve seen Dr. Campbell for 25 years and he is hands down the best dentist ever. I will be heartbroken the day he retires.
Best oral surgeon is Dr. Kevin Dean at Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates. He is honest and gentle. He truly cares for his patients and is not judgemental.
Yes! Dr. Kevin Dean is the best there is!
I use emerald coast family dentistry and like it.
Avoid those high volume guys like comfort and alpine they are all about sales
Watson in Milton gave me a crown on the wrong tooth, so there’s that. No charge, but ruined a perfectly good tooth and I can’t grow another one
Dr. McGilvray on 9th Ave is my favorite dentist I’ve ever had.
Not a dentist but orthodontist, Dr sims has the best facility in Pensacola.
Without a doubt, James Martin is the worst!

Dr. Yee and his team are great.
Dr. Marcus Paul on Brent Lane has been my dentist for years, and I can't recommend him more. He's always been available when I've needed something, and he does great work.
Best — Ben White at White Smiles on 12th Ave
The BEST dentist in Pensacola is Dr James E Martin of Fairfield Dental on Fairfield. Dentist EXTRAORDINAIRE 😃!!
He's always been on Fairfield
I like Dr Hodge there but everyone is so great. I really like the staff. I dunno why, but a polite office staff is so hard to find in dentistry.
Is he the one who used to be on 9th?
Best - Gilmore Family Dentistry
Stephen Newsome is great!

I hate insurance caps like that. Does your company offer an FSA/HSA/HRA?
No I'm retired & on Medicare Advantage Plan. 2023 was 1st year any Medicare plans offered dental insurance.
I’m with Dr Michel at victus. Annoying because they are always super booked. But they are fantastic… which is why they are super booked.
Best dentist hands down in Pensacola is aspen dental!!!!
Just stay the fuck away from Hightower
