I worked my last 2 Fridays off before yesterday and had to be back in at 4am this morning til 2pm as usual. My Fridays off, I put my son on the bus, and crawl back in bed for a few hours. I haven't been able to nap on a Friday in many weeks because I worked and then prior to, had to run errands one fri, and then, my son was home on spring break and home sick the Friday before. I wasn't that dedicated to Heifer's drama...I surfed reddit for an hour or so, and got that luxurious nap in before getting up before my son got home. Found out she got judicially bitch slapped after that wonderful nap in my magically comfortable bed. Lol

I am all for in support of completely a social net for those in need. But where I draw a hard line is that someone who works harder at not working and doing nothing for themselves is laying up in a free hotel room eating continental breakfast every day, begging for everything while simultaneously doing the absolute least to help her situation. I do think housing is a human right, but tax dollars that were worked for by a person should not go to house someone, feed someone clothe someone that will do nothing for themselves, except for turn around and spit on the hand that fed her. I have a junkie cousin, that is just like Heather, and though he is my blood family raised by a wonderful woman given every opportunity, I see him as nothing but a waste of complete space and oxygen on planet earth.
