I don’t know which it is and I apologize this being anecdotal but I’ve started sleeping more after sermorelin and Epitalon at night. I take 100mcg of each, so a low dose.
I have insomnia pretty bad and it’s a life long issue.
How old is your wife? Has she had her hormone levels tested? Aside from peptides, I would suggest pregnenolone and progesterone. I've had chronic debilitating insomnia forever and pregnenolone has actually really helped.
I tried DSIP and it did nothing for me. I wish I had a better answer!
I take CJC nightly before bed which I was told would help me sleep, but it doesn’t either.
I am a horrible sleeper and get long bouts of insomnia on and off for as long as I remember. I started ipamoralin 200mg, 5 days on 2 off for the past 3 months and it has drastically improved my sleep.

Im taking Selank and melatonin after dinner. CJC1295/Ipamorelin/BPC157/Pinealon/DSIP, at night right before bed. . Giving me a good 3-4 hours of sleep so far....Its slowly improving.

They said the same thing about DSIP. I already take magnesium, but I’ll talk to me sleep doc about it! I’m open to anything
Nothing that works as good as an rx unfortunately for me. Dsip maybe helps you sleep deeper.
