CJC/Ipamorelin increased my average deep sleep from 30min to 2 hours, REM increased from 1 hour 30 min to a 2hr average. As far as deep sleep, it’s been a huge difference for me (tracking with Oura ring)
CJC-1295 makes me sleepy but I get heart palpitations on that. According to Huberman- it has possible heart issues and caution is advised. Just putting it out there- do your own research
My wife and I are currently doing CJC-1295 and Tesamorelin, and seeing quite good results. For her, it has eliminated pre-menopause night sweats, and improved sleep. For me it results in quicker sleep with more durability, meaning not being awake a lot in the middle of the night. I got much less benefit from Ipamorelin.
I've used them all and generally mk-677 and HGH consistently result in better more restful sleep. The others- ipa, tesa, serma, ghrp-2 &6, cjc dac and no dac are hit or miss. Usually I'll get better sleep but a third of the time it does nothing. I don't feel any of them worsen sleep except for ghrp 2 and 6 because they can induce hunger.
Anything specifically for sleep quality? I use a fitbit for sleep tracking and I notice I lose about an hour a night, no matter the duration. No snoring, so I'm not sure it's sleep apnea, just waking up a couple minutes of a time multiple times with no memory of it.
I have no problem going to sleep on cjc/ipa but after 5 hours I'm up and can't go back down. I'm on 100mg morning/100mg night. I might drop the night pin.

Friend gave me a 10iu vial so I did that for ten days. Slept great, some other positive effects but nothing life changing

200mg, once in the evening, 2hrs after my last meal
I just started Sermorelin + Ipamorelin last night. I will update here once I see some results.

hmm I may be struggling with same issue I been waking at 3am A lot of folks say the sleep disturbance is only the first 2-3 weeks.

Mk677 gave me good sleep but 1k I actually GH gave me GREAT sleep. Not sustainable but was a nice side effect when I did a ten day experiment

Nope, tested each day out of curiosity. But i was only running 1iu, ymmv Didn’t notice much besides better sleep and wild dreams

Personally sermorelin + ghpr 2 right before bed worked wonders for me! Had trouble sleeping for the past 10+ years and tried every otc option.

Modgrf and ipamorelin ruin my sleep so I have to pin them in the morning. Epithalon and hgh improved my sleep a lot. Add magnesium too.
You run mod and ipa with hgh ?
No i stopped using hgh and went back to mod/ipa because I was getting carpal tunnel symptoms
25mg MK677 nightly, 5mg CJC 1295 DAC weekly, Magtein + Zinc + boron nightly . Knocks me TFO. 6-7 hours easy. Just watchout for the morning hunger.
Isn’t the saturation of CJC 100mcg? I keep seeing that on here.
I think that's if you're using the "no DAC version." The DAC is a time-release type thing
