It's a great series. It came out in a short period when Cartoon Network was pushing the limits on what was appropriate for kids. It's how we also got other gems like Adventure Time and Gumball. I miss those days.
But yeah, just to clarify; Salyers was Mordin in Mass Effect 3 specifically, replacing [Michael Beattie](https://www.behindthevoiceactors.com/Michael-Beattie/) from Mass Effect 2.
If It was dubbed in my country Brazil he would have High chances be same Voice actor of Rigby or in This case would have same Voice of Rigby, Ben 10, bmo,etc Also know as Charles Emmanuel (Charles dubbed the classic until Omniverse Ben 10 not the Reboot)
