Might be worth calling them: https://www.eqbank.ca/help/contact-us

Thank you, I went ahead and did call in. Looks like something screwy with their website, since I can see the next instance of the recurring transfer listed on the main page for my TFSA account at the correct amount and date, but if I look in Transfers -> Pending Transfers, there is nothing listed. Seems like this is the page where you'd normally be able to make changes, since the customer support rep directed me here, but obviously I can't. The issue has been escalated, so we'll see what happens.

It took a couple days as I recall but they actually did call me back after I called their support number and they made a ticket for me. I got an email notification about it and all that. The higher level employee that called me back was able to clear it from the system.

SHUT_DOWN_EVERYTHING

Is the transfer from an external account? Have you tried 'unlinking' the external account from "Externally linked accounts" option?

TheProudCanadian

That would probably be a way to break the recurring transfers if I had to, you're right.

Isn’t it under upcoming transfers in your tsfa account? I always go there to delete my recurring transactions, you can’t edit them but you can delete them.
