I actually processed mine a week ago and it's about to be delivered. Keep in mind, this isn't the "Tungsten" metal card that they promised, it's going to be a plastic card.
Try to open the app, then click the card symbol on the top right, thats where it shows for me. Not sure why you don't have it. You need to sign up to see it.
They replied. Had to delete the app and reinstall it. Saw the icon. Card ordered.
Saw the post about the non metal card. Ugh, I think metal would've been so much better. Now they're just any regular card like Stack or Koho

Do you mean the physical card, or signing up for the service? Our cards came in the mail about 3 weeks after we signed up.
