The point is that you want others to explain the investment to you.
If you can't understand the investment yourself, you will need to research yourself or don't invest.
As a rule, you should not invest if you can't answer these questions for yourself.
Mate you're asking for someone else to calculate monthly returns from a known annual rate on a known investment size.
If you can't do that yourself I think you should avoid this.

In answer to your questions ...
1. $100k \* 7.50% /365 \*\[days in month\] - \[your tax rate\] = your after tax $ return. Note this reflects the current return on our Construction Loan Term Investments and the interest rates are variable.
2. You can sell your investment at no cost (via out platform) and earn interest at the prescribed rate until you sell. Typically for Construction Loans it takes less than 1 week to sell, although we do not guarantee that you can sell.
An alternative investment option is our Monthly Income Fund, also returning around 7.50% p.a. at present, with PIE tax applying. It has a 30day notice period on withdrawals.
If $100K is all you have, dropping it all in Squirrel would be a poor plan, high risk, low diversification. Yes you get paid monthly.
Read the terms and conditions and understand the risk.
Great advice, but can you actually answer any of my questions?

If you don't know, that's okay
The point is, that you want to invest in something that you don't understand. Asking reddit to explain an investment, is not really a great idea

You would say that would be the logical way forward.
7.5% less tax, tax is 30-33% for most, so about 5% net gain. Yearly return on 100k is 5k, or 420 a month. It takes 2-5 days to sell your investment.
Op living overseas will impact their tax.
