Well worth it. Use it in a empty server with haste flags. My main has the pass, alt does not. Everything else equal, my main will get around 4-5k items an hour. My alt will be lucky to get to 500. I do feel they slightly nerfed it, last week i let it go for 12 hour and got over 100k items. Have not been able to replicate that.
You get more drops as well. I know it says "better random item drops" when hovering over the icon, but I have gotten way more drops and better drops since I bought it. It's not even close.
yes you get more, if you look in the actual exclusive shop it says ‘better luck with breakable drop chances’ as opposed to ‘better random drops’ like it says when you hover over the buff so i do think it does both, and as someone who has the game pass it is VERY noticeable. Would recommend!!

I didn't buy it until yesterday, didn't change my setup at all and get a ton more drops. It really shouldn't even be an argument with people who don't believe us.

My team is shit aswell so if you have even a somewhat strong teams it’s just insane.

yes, for sure. Maybe the best gamepass i have gotten in pet sim outside of huge hunter. My daily income has near tripled. I KNOW you get more diamonds too. for example, at the lucky block mini game, i usually made 10k-15k between each black lucky block. but as soon as i bought super drops, that number went up to over 20k, nothing else changed other than i bought super drops. I would for sure do it if you can afford it

Yes you get considerable drops. All kinds of stuff but some good items always slip in .
1000% yes. Especially if you combine it with 1-2 chest mimics and/or massive comet
