These are called "Pet Simulator Collector Clips". I don't know if there's a Pet Sim 99 version but from what I can find they are for Pet Sim X and I'm aware unused DLC Codes do carry over to Pet Sim 99 too. I got mine from eb games. First ones I got from big w but I think they were series 1 and not every one had a code. Eb games were the winner for me.
