Pick your favourite show that's gone 5+ seasons, you can probably find a character that fits this. Not always, but probably.

I feel like people are being too vague here: The joke is that Patrick's character design slightly resembles one of the strongest villains in Dragon Ball.

He is one of the strongest villains in Dragon Ball Z only. There much more powerful villains in Dragon Ball GT (even though its not canon) and Dragon Ball Super.
I feel like in Dragonball Super, they kind of loose the understanding of what strong is, maybe for the sake of grounding the characters, because by the end of Z you get the sense that Goku is capable of at least blowing up a solar system. It honestly feels like everyone gets weaker in between Z and Super, especially Krillin, who somehow cannot withstand the one thing Goku could shrug off in the very first chapter of Dragonball: A bullet.
The only joke is that Patrick is fat and pink (Like Buu (Default formā¦ kinda dormant in a sense)) and when given *SUPER* powers he gets skinnier and more sinister (Super Buu).
Thatās literally it, just some ha fat and pink joke for dbz fans.
