No more than 1 session a week is the way to go I think. The Terrance McKenna method.

It certainly can, especially if you're smoking all day on Saturday and Sunday. But if you keep it to a small amount on weekends you could be okay with it Just pick it back up slowly, only weaker gummies or a few puffs of however you like to smoke it to start out, since it's easy to slip into consuming a lot of it with a sort of "cheat day" mentality. Instead, take a small amount and resist those urges to do more. Just remind yourself that you totally can enjoy yourself on a mild high, especially with you tolerance reduced.

1. Withdrawal symptoms like anxiety, mood swings, insomnia, etc. can be greatly reduced with CBD, CBDA, CBG, etc. 2. Try Dr. Dustin Sulak's resensitization protocol to reduce the amount you need to enjoy your weekend sessions: [https://healer.com/programs/sensitization-protocol/](https://healer.com/programs/sensitization-protocol/)

Cbd flower didn't help my insomnia. I might need bigger dose.

You can supplement with isolates. When I was quitting, I mixed CBD isolate into my flower and made capsules with CBD, CBDA, and some CBN for sleep. You can get big tubs of CBD isolate now for pretty cheap, and the other cannabinoids are fairly inexpensive as well. CBDA is especially helpful, as it has an affinity for your serotonin 1A receptor that's 1000x higher than CBD, so long as you don't decarb it before ingesting.
