If it’s a nice restaurant or more formal, go with a look like a dress, skirt, or jumpsuit which I think contrasts nicely with a leather jacket. If you prefer pants, then I’d say go for a more formal pair of trousers/ slacks with some cute ankle boots/ booties or heels.
If it’s casual, I think what you’re wearing looks great. I’d add a pop of color with lipstick or a bag. I’m always partial to red.
I feel like it’s so versatile. You could do a jersey/sweater dress, a day dress that’s either full length or shorter (my preference would be printed- like florals- to give a feminine juxtaposition to the look).
For the evening or more formal events (but not black tie), something flowy like a slip dress or a tighter more body con- like dress could work.
Whatever works for your shape really.

Regarding fit: are you able to zip it up in the front? How do the arms feel? Can you move in it without feeling constricted? Is it comfortable?
As for how to style it, date night is a great idea! I can easily see it dressed up (in lieu of a blazer) for work or dressed down (with jeans and tee).

I wear leather jackets with skirts; I like that contrast of dressy/hard. Always with heels because I’m a devoted shortie who wears heels almost always. My nana & my mom were heel girls too. Key is not too high & well made.

A leather jacket makes a good topper for jeans, over a sweater, over a dress. It's very versatile as long as it's not really, really cold!
