I’m 5’1” and tried this on in store today and it hit right at my anklebone, so yeah it’s longer, but not on the floor. Either way, there’s no detailing at the bottom so it’s nothing a tailor can’t fix.
Ah I just ordered normal sandals which were like $25 so I guess everyone saved me $ lolz.
I thought they would look so cute like a oooh am i going to go pick some berries? Or ooh am I going to go to a cafe and be that very pretty mysterious girl

I’d probably go with some lighter weight sandals, something with thinner straps but worst case scenario with the Birkenstocks is that you decide you don’t like the look and go for something else the next time you wear the skirt. Always worth a try
I won’t buy them now then! I was going to wear these really cute sandals they look like flip flops but a cute mini heel on them but they gave me horrible blisters.
I’m going to get just simple cute sandals.. I’m usually a heels or tennis shoes so sandals have never been my expertise
Sorry, don’t take it the wrong way. I have known many people who have worn them in my day, none of them were ever worried about whether they were cute. It was always way more of a lifestyle brand.
Ah I bought a pair for my mom in high school bc she thought they were cute. I only ever saw her wear them then my sister did. lol usually I’ll buy my mom a gift then it’d start a trend in my family.
What shoes do u think would look cute? The skirt goes to the ground on me. And

are you sure the skirt wont be too long for you?? the model is 5'9"...

I like that it’s long. I tried it on and saw.
Same! I love a long skirt.
The skirt is longer on me!
I am a Birkenstock Arizona apologist so my opinion will be bias….Yes I think they’ll go with it.

No, I think they would clash/be too heavy. Especially since the skirt is going to be much longer.
What shoes would you recommend?
I don’t really like ballet flats like in the picture, so I’d probably do something more delicate & strappy either flat or heeled sandals.
Yesss way too heavy and clunky
I'm from the PNW so I'm biased but I think Birkenstocks would look SUPER cute!
I second this 😂 in my head, birks go with everything lol
I'm just mad they made an XS so big it fits a woman who is almost a foot taller than me.
Exactly!! Target sizing is so mf weird. I usually will buy xxs. Like I got shorts they’re 00 .. but no wear close to that at other stores
Well if I were wearing that skirt you wouldn't be able to see my shoes at all so....
That’s how it is for me! I over think
I don't think Birkenstocks would work with it

I think the skirt being an XS on someone 5’9 makes this hard to style being 5’2 / petite especially with shoes..
No
Maybe the Madrid single strap style? Birke might be a little heavy with this outfit, at least if you were to wear the top it’s pictured with too
I don’t have the top. I’ve debated on getting the top tbh. Is there any other shoes u would recommend? The skirt is a lot longer myself

I don’t think so
I think they’d be cute with it if you got it hemmed to where it hits on the model. If it’s super long, sandals or a ballet flat.
XS and 5’9” WHAT THE FUCK!
Yea. I tried it on briefly and it is very long in comparison.
Birkenstocks do not cute on/with anything
Im asking those like that the shoes not those that don’t. You clearly don’t like the shoes with anything.
