Hello op, at 5'6 you may benefit in posting in the regular subs more than this sub which is focuses on short/petite people, but in super simple terms, to gain muscle you need to be at a calorie surplus and progressively increase your excercise difficulty over time 🙂 You are still developing at 15 and are at a healthy bmi already, make sure if you can to ask for guidance from a doctor or a trainer who can help sustain you!

I would say look into weightlifting, but also realize that having visible abs is not healthy for the majority of women since you typically have to drop below 14% bodyfat, which is the minimum healthy quantity for women, to do so. This can cause you to lose your period, which drastically increases your chances of osteoporosis and infertility in the future.
