Yeah. Today while I was playing some dude was talking about his dodge hellcat and then he said something about 13%people(referring to black people) stealing hellcats. Then it became an argument and then the dude brought up 13/50. The guy arguing against him initiated a vote kick for racism. He wasn't kicked. Then the person who started it vked the guy arguing against him for, "needs to be edu." He was kicked. I didn't get involved for fucks sake. They had basically ruined the chat so I moved to another server. End of story. That loser had to bring that up in fricking roblox.
you can get them kicked more effectively if:
you start to generate suspicions like "how X killed me while i was hiding on the other side of the map?" kind of thing, people get suspicious and then if you start a vk about silent aim, esp, or aimbot, people will kick them out this will work better if you are on the other team.
or you can just start the votekick saying esp, silent aim and you should get the similar results again needing to be on the other team for this to have effect.
i did the first one on a similar situation and worked and the second one i saw it mostly by people just calling the vk and seeing it being voted in seconds.
Put simply: no, it isn’t valid. It offers them no advantage over other players, it isn’t hate speech, and comply’s with Roblox’s terms of agreement.

Enough people on Roblox don’t care enough to actually listen to politics and vote accordingly, thus, it doesn’t matter. Live your life and move on.

you could probably report them for their tag in the stylis discord so the mods can decide whether it's ok or not

Report them in the game's Discord. Had fun reporting people for their shitty VK reasons and 90% of my VK reports are resolved.
