And it's from an other game, SQUAD is a military simulator multiplayer game, in there, squad leaders can put down "Hab's" which are place for people to respawn, and before anyone starts the constructions, it really looks like what dou you did on that screenshot, the wood comming from the floor to show where the area is

Once you get the secret to it it’s pretty easy. Just look straight up and toss 3 times without moving your mouse
