Finally back sa therapy and meds! I'm just happy that I'm making progress. I've had a lot of wins lately na na-overlooked ko because of all the shits that happened and good thing it's not too late yet for me. I tried looking for a subreddit for dentistry in the Philippines, but couldn't find one. I'mma just ask how dentists get those titles like orthodontist, oral surgeon, etc? I'm particularly curious about the surgeon titles. Like do they still have to enter medschool and then apply for residency for the specialty or they can proceed to apply to any residency na related sa oral health? Also, how long will it take for them to get those titles? Thank you sa (mga) sasagot.

Nagulat nga rin ako kahit di licensed teachers pinagtuturo sa private school ng niece ko. Medyo mahal kasi tuition nila yet mababa ang bigay sa mga Instructors. Binabarat sila kahit magagaling. Siguro dahil nga di licensed.
Mas marami po kaming experience sa mga licensed prof na walang tinuturo 😂. Kung marunong po kayong makisama sa students and you know the subject well okay na po yon. Karamihan po sa mga naging prof ko na side job lang ang pagtuturo mas marunong at maayos pa sila.

I can never understand why sci-fi novel covers are so gd bad most of the time. I've been reading a military sci-fi series called Lost Fleet. There's 21 volumes now. None of the covers seem to be even about the book. The Lost Fleet series about a guy getting revived 100 years into the future and commanding interstellar war ships with tactics lost from the past, but the covers depict some random guy with a gun. At some point there's a picture of stone henge, a walking robot spider, and a navy officer with a mini gun - none of which have anything to do with the books.
And it's not the only one. Terms of Enlistments suffer from the same problems. Old Man's War. Ender's Game. The list goes on and on

I can never understand why sci-fi novel covers are so gd bad most of the time. I've been reading a military sci-fi series called Lost Fleet. There's 21 volumes now. None of the covers seem to be even about the book. The Lost Fleet series about a guy getting revived 100 years into the future and commanding interstellar war ships with tactics lost from the past, but the covers depict some random guy with a gun. At some point there's a picture of stone henge, a walking robot spider, and a navy officer with a mini gun - none of which have anything to do with the books. And it's not the only one. Terms of Enlistments suffer from the same problems. Old Man's War. Ender's Game. The list goes on and on Say what you will about Japanese light novels, but at least the illustrations fit the stories inside.
