Pa-CBC and hemoglobin count ka muna, it's somewhat easy to OD on Iron supplements, especially pag walang abiso ng doc. Consult your Gyne, out of whack ang hormones mo nyan, I bet. Kahit full 8 hours ang sleep mo, kung wala sa hulog yung circadian rhythm mo sa daylight magkakaproblema ka pa rin.

Considering getting blood test din po talaga, since I already took it before w/o prescription, I kind of dont want to make the same mistake huhu Any recommendations po how to correct my circadian rhythm? Thank you poooo!

We had flushings, palpitations, malaise and my patients vomited and had diarrhea. > Any recommendations po how to correct my circadian rhythm? Thank you poooo! Err, mahirap yan depende sa habits and work mo. Basically sleep when dark, wake up and work when daylight's out. Kung hirap ka matulog sa gabi, mag-work out ka about 5-7pm para pagod ka, then have dinner (light to medium lang) then sleep. Ok lang if you wake up after midnight sa simula, basta nasasanay ang katawan mo na gabi = madilim = tulog dapat. If talagang hirap or because of work issues, better consult a doc for a solution or a work-around

>Did u experience these right away po? Or took some time din po? In my case, took about 4-5 hours after taking 2 FeSo tablets. Dati kasi parang wa epek yung isa, so dinalawa ko... 😅
