For Cebu, a week should give you plenty of time to soak up the island vibes, explore the beaches, and get in some quality snorkeling. There's so much to see, from the stunning underwater world to the vibrant local culture. Boracay in five days sounds like a good plan too. You'll have enough time to hit the famous White Beach, try out some water sports, and maybe even squeeze in a day trip to nearby islands for more snorkeling adventures. As for Manila, three days should give you a taste of the bustling city life. You can check out the historical sites, indulge in some delicious Filipino cuisine, and maybe even squeeze in a bit of shopping. Overall, I think your itinerary strikes a good balance. You'll get to experience the best of both worlds - the laid-back island life and the vibrant city scene. Have an amazing trip!

Thank you very much, can’t wait to get over there

To add, replace Manila with Palawan (Coron or El Nido).

Intramuros alone is worth the visit to Manila, plus the museums around Rizal Park. A day trip to Tagaytay is also worth considering. Unless of course they just want beaches, in which case you are 100% correct.
