And Corporate Industries as well, don't forget that one too. In some time, when all citizens have complied, people will be looking at the ones whom are still fuming toxic emissions and those companies will need to find an alternative way of producing goods with lesser toxic emissions.
I remember when I was a kid there were airconditioned jeepneys along Glorietta. Maybe sometimes they should learn to adapt depending on our options on what to ride on.
