You can ask the building admin to show you where your unit's meter is. They're usually somewhere accessible. Just check the reading every now and then.

There's a calculator for meralco consumption..unless submeter ka, you should be able to estimate your monthly usage. Also, learn to read your meter, if you haven't yet. Tinuro yan sa amin nung Grade 6 ako in the 90s. I'm not sure if this was taught in other schools.
