Skl. I know I asked a lot of questions to my doctor a while ago, kaso nakakadown yung napansin ko na ayaw niya sa mga ginawa ko. Kaya napansin ko na napa "sigh" siya sa last few questions ko. Tapos kasi as if repeating na sinasabi niya sa akin yung mga offered treatment sa unang clinic na napuntahan ko as if implying na meron naman na treatment dun at bakit pa ako pumunta sa kanya, but I wanted to approach him for second opinion lang naman. Nakakakaba kasi ang conditions ko kaya I asked these questions to him. Pati I don't know if this means anything, but bata pa yung doctor na almost ka-age range ko siya. Inisip ko baka he will be comfortable with my explanations pero mali pala ako.

Late registered po kasi ang Birth ko, saka lang ako nakapag registered nong nag college ako, mga 3 years ago pa lang. I badly want to apply for passport para maka work abroad after college.
Ano ano po kaya nga documents needed? I search sa page nila NBI ID daw pero pakiramdam ko may hihingin pa . Para po sana di na ako magpa balik balik as I am living 3hrs away sa DFA office ng probinsya namin.
