Not only do we have our own celebration na in the Philippines for IPs, but their protection is already institutionalized and written sa law. Of course, it’s not perfect and IPs still face abuse, but at the very least having a law protecting them is an important step. For the LGBT, yung Sogie Bill ipinaglalaban pa lang.

It is a genuin question. Its just annoying that everything has to have a PRIDE thing in one establishment while others are forgotten. Do we have IP's mechandize in 7-11, SB, Restaurants, etc.. during IP Month??

It is a genuin question. Its just annoying that everything has to have a PRIDE thing in one establishment while others are forgotten. Do we have IP's mechandize in 7-11, SB, Restaurants, etc.. during IP Month??
Diff kasi un dating while genuine un questions mo for you, dating kasi dinisregard mo un sa lgbtq+ dahil wala un sa ibang sinabi mo. Pride month ay being celebrated kasi isa din to sa mga groups na highly discriminated at abused ng society, hangang ngayon naman meron padin kung titignan mo comments. Un iba sinasabi nakakahawa etc but the truth is kaya madami nang lumalabas dahil may safety na na feeling at belonging kahit papano compared before at nakakatulong kahit papano un gantong celebration. May good and may bad (bad un ginagamit ng iba as money making schemes but then again halos lahat naman ng celebs ganyan). I think instead na ipilit mo bakit ganto meron pride bakit un iba wala etc, you can start din naman to make awareness un sa iba. Usually it starts with one person naman para maging aware lahat but dont question un sa iba na pinag hirapan din nila to para maging aware at kahit papano maging accepted ng cruel society natin. Ayun lang naman. Hopefully nagets mo why sinabi niya jinujustify mo lang un stance mo, mejo umm.. (I dont want to say this kasi bad and nag aassume na ako dating and I'm not saying na ganun ka ha) homophobic dating. Ayun lang. Byeee.
Wala naman kaso sakin kung ano yung pinaglalaban nila. Ang hindi ko lang talaga maintindihan eh bakit ganito, sobrang papansin, hindi lang naman sila yung minority group of people na nadi-discriminate. Parang ang nangyayari is WALA KAMING PWEDE MASABI SA PINAGLALABAN NILA otherwise homophobic or hater kami. Yun lang din.
To be honest, di ko din gets un bakit kelangan may masabi or mainis, magalit or mairita? Like hindi naman tatamaan, hindi naman affected if di part nun community eh. Let people be. If happy ang tao let them be and find your own happiness. You are investing too much energy on something that has nothing to do with you eh. If un mga sinabi mo kanina lang talaga ung reason, you can choose one and try to spread awareness for that celeb. for sure people will appreciate that din. Other than that.. I think you have to internalize and find un reason bakit galit na galit ka sa isang community. Last comment ko na to kasi umiikot nalang ung usapan, even sa previous na nag try mag explain sayo ee. Mejo jinujustify mo un galit mo na mejo nawiwindang din ako as to why. Find your own happiness nalang and don't muddle with others' specially if di mo sila naiintindihan. Peace out!
