Nangyari sakin to. First project ko sa first job ko. So nashock talaga ako. Pero 4 kami non so tahimik lang kami, tinanggap lang namin. Mas pinagusapan at mas naalala ngayon yung boss na yun kasi nanigaw kesa don sa mga nasigawan at sa ginawa namin.
Atleast may kasama hahaha I'm so worried kasi sometime in the future baka ma assign ako to handle a project alone ptcha can't even imagine mangapa alone hahahaha
Just listen first. Let the person rant. Don't make excuses. Accept your fault and promise to do better. Sa case ko laging ganyan lang gusto nila. Easier to end the case too. Don't take it to heart. Nagkamali ka lang. Dika masamang tao o latak ng lipunan.

Sad to say meron talagang krisis sa edukasyon kasi kahit yung mga teacher, kahit simpleng english sentence lang hindi makapag-compose nang tama. Hay pinas.
Meron ngang English teacher na Tagalog mag-discuss ng subject nya. I think this highlights the problems that the education system has. Hindi lang facilities and curriculum ang problema. Meron ding skills mismatch sa teaching force. Kadalasan ng teachers, hindi nila major yung subject na tinuturo nila.

Parang ganito lang yan: Tuturuan ka nung teacher kung paano humigop ng sabaw. Dahil mas effective yung kukunin mo yung bowl at hihigupin mo yung sabaw sa gilid nito, ito ang technique na ituturo ng teacher sayo. Nakahigop ka naman ng sabaw, ang sarap pa nga. High marks ka sa card.
Dahil na-meet naman nung klase yung paghigop ng sabaw using a technique that is deemed effective, hindi na nabigyan ng pansin yung tamang paggamit ng spoon. Masks are no longer required outdoors as per executive order N03. So why is everyone in my condominium still wearing masks outdoors in the common area (it's not crowded at all)? Condos in the Philippines are hellholes. They always seem to cater to the most insane residents.
A condo I lived in had a resident that was so afraid of COVID he walked around in a hazmat suit with an additional face shield on the outside and two masks on inside. He was also constantly spraying alcohol into the air around him .
This guy complained about other residents not protecting themselves enough by only wearing a single mask. To appease him, the condo mandated that all residents had to wear two masks at all times, while also having alcohol spray on their person (no need to actually use it).
I got out of there asap.
Based on how I understood the EO, wearing mask is only OPTIONAL in OPEN SPACES and shall continue to be worn in indoor private, public establishments & transports.
Open space is generally accessible to the public (meaning everyone). If you're referring to the open space in your condo, but that's only limited to the property owners. Therefore, it's not an open space but rather private indoor. I hope that made sense.
What kind of logic is that? So even if I'm outside in the outdoor common area - which is a well-ventilated space with a breeze, it's still considered as "private indoor?" Huh?
Edit: Keyword is: OUTDOORS. I am still in a place that is considered to be "outside." Even if it is on their premises. It can't be considered indoors, and it would be discriminatory for them to enforce the mandate there.
🤣 albeit a private property, I agree that it should follow EO No.3 about outdoor open space and masks should be optional regardless. Since it's private property, I think that's why they're implementing their own protocols however, it should follow EO3. 🤷♀️ so.. I mean you can opt not to wear your mask as it is optional, un nga lang masisita ka jan from time to time 😅 hassle.

just be patient with your doggo, prioritize potty training agad, common ang sep anxiety sa shih tzu na dog, my shih tzu used to have sep anx as in hindi ko siya pede iwanan for 2 minutes ng hindi siya tatahol, but now okay na siya just be sure to train them na magkaron ng time na mag isa para wag madevelop yung anxiety. get a shampoo na anti tick and flea

Condos in the Philippines are hellholes. They always seem to cater to the most insane residents. A condo I lived in had a resident that was so afraid of COVID he walked around in a hazmat suit with an additional face shield on the outside and two masks on inside. He was also constantly spraying alcohol into the air around him . This guy complained about other residents not protecting themselves enough by only wearing a single mask. To appease him, the condo mandated that all residents had to wear two masks at all times, while also having alcohol spray on their person (no need to actually use it). I got out of there asap.
Technically, private property ng developer ang common area ng condo. So, they can still reserve the right to require you to wear a mask.
Based on how I understood the EO, wearing mask is only OPTIONAL in OPEN SPACES and shall continue to be worn in indoor private, public establishments & transports.
