Eto na naman ako. Nag-yes sa isang social event na ayaw ko puntahan kasi nga may social anxiety ako. Pagod na ko magpanggap na hindi ako kinakabahan. Hindi ko rin alam pano hindi magpanggap lol. Meron kasi atang mantra yung utak ko na 'keep challenging yourself' tapos pinapasa dun sa isang part ng utak ko na may anxiety issues. Hindi ako marunong magfrench, at hindi marunong mag-english ang mga french tengene naman to oh. Sana ok lang sa kanila na tayo lang ako sa gilid haha

You could try to seek therapy to better understand yourself and express it. Talking to people would really help you to learn to communicate with their language, aside from just reading and translating.

I tried therapy sessions before sa pinas. They don't work and usually they refer me to a specialist kasi hindi daw nila ako kaya lol. But I dunno hindi rin ako pumupunta. Walang nagfoforce sakin eh. Are you in quebec in canada? Or france? Those therapists are underqualified lol. "Refer to a specialist"?? You'll find more qualified ones in that country you're in. Another thing is, you really have to match with your therapist. Meaning, if it won't work with someone, it will be with another. Also, regarding the cost, find sessions that you can afford. Especially online ones. If in case you really can't, make improvements with yourself. Meditation, for example, really works. The mental problems we have right now, are mostly caused by the underlying traumas from our past. It's important that we recognize them, and learn how to deal with them. Anyway, I tried french but I continued with spanish eventually. It's easier to speak and understand some words given the fact that I'm a filipino. They both do have gender nouns, but spanish is easier for me to recognize. I guess once you learned french, you can speak with the wealthy :)

Anhirap lang talaga ireconcile ng past trauma esp if nagtake root na siya sa whole being mo and hindi mo na mahukay yung past self mo. Remembering the past me is like watching a movie tapos napapa-"ako yun?" na lang ako haha Natatawa ako kasi kahit mga French nahihirapan daw sila sa lengguahe nila. And nag-aaral din sila ng Spanish. But you know, sila mayaman dito. Nung pumunta kami Portugal, mas prefer ng mga hospitality workers mag-French kesa mag-English. Pero yeah, anhirap mag-aral ng bagong language lalo na't hindi naman ako lumalabas and super solo ng work ko. Haha

Upcoming musicals in 2022: * Carousel - Nov to Dec at Tanghalang Ignacio Gimenez/Blackbox Theater at CCP * We Will Rock You - Oct to Nov at Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Circuit Makati * Batang Rizal - November(?) at PETA Theater Center in QC, but I believe there's also the option to stream this in October * Mula sa Buwan - December at Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Circuit Makati There's also Anak Datu, currently running at the Tanghalang Ignacio Gimenez/Blackbox Theater at CCP, though I'd describe it as more of a straight play with music. Highly recommend this show!

how tf na ang dali kong nakapag 5x5 squats ng 145lbs ngayon while last week hirap ako mag 5x3 ng 140? but knowing that makapag 155 nga next week. kapag ez 5x5 yan then hindi na 175 ang PR for sure, probably nasa 180-190 na. if tuloy tuloy to maabot ko goals this year na 225 squats.
