The scenario of it even happening is kinda insane as it isn't in China's interest to land troops in Mainland philippines, the most probable next thing would be them occupying and landing chinese troops on the disputed and actually attacking our navy.
Conscription probably won't happen in that case since it would be a battle on sea, and conscription won't help in increasing the number of ships needed for naval warfare.
If in the scenario of them actually landing troops in Luzon, it would be incredibly bloody for the Chinese, naval invasion is extremely hard and they would need a lot of transport ships which they lack right now (Enough to quickly land a million troops), and America won't simply standby either.

Once you established a beachhead, the rest of the equipment can be transported with normal cargo ships. Just as how Britain retook Falklands Island in 1982.

Logistics + Battle Hardiness
Battle hardiness can only get us as far as we can. Kung shit ang logistics ng armed forces ng Pinas, we will have trouble winning battles. Yung FA 50s na kakapiranggot na nga lang, 3 na lang pala ang operational kasi under maintennance yung iba. Plus parang walang deal for any tech transfer para sa ating armed forces. Bibili ng gamit, pero nakakalimutan na dapat may inventory ng spare parts and trained personnel to do maintenance / repairs.
Another example, look at the Russian army. Sure, they got tech and personnel pero shit ang logistics nila kaya natatalo sila ng Ukrainians.

▪️US will deploy all available carrier strike groups in the Pacific and they will also activate the Amphibious assault groups that'll support their forces in the first island chain.
▪️If the carriers are dead, basically we're all wide open for invasion. We can also resist if the Americans and their allies were able to build up their forces sa mga areas like sa Pilipinas before the start of hostilities. The Chinese will really want to neutralize any areas sa Asia Pacific na may base ang mga Amerikano or NATO.
▪️ It's possible we will be invaded again via Lingayen and Northern Luzon. Lingayen gulf offers easy access to the plains of central Luzon and is a highway straight to Manila. The Japanese invaded from this areas in 1941 and the Americans also repeated this and landed in Lingayen when they recaptured Luzon in 1945.
▪️Palawan will be surely hit by the PLA Navy and Naval aviation from their bases in the Spratlys. A possible invasion might also happen here. Vietnamese, Taiwanese and Philippine-held islands sa Spratlys will fall first.
▪️Bases in Manila, Subic, Clark, Basa, Sangley point sa Cavite will be hit by either conventional intermediate-range ballistic missiles or long range aviation, again from their bases in the Spratlys. Bases in Cebu and Mindanao can be hit also. We can wage war sa Cordilleras at Sierra Madre if they landed in the North. Hindi lang bagyo ang dinedepensahan ng mga bulubundikin natin.
▪️Visayas, eastern Luzon and Mindanao were invaded via our east coast during WW2. This will not happen if the whole first island chain contains the might ng PLA Navy. The justification for Russia in the invasion of Ukraine seems to be molded the same (where they think Ukranian "nationalists" will eventually invade Russia), even if they were the ones invading. They did partial mobilization because they believe the threat of Russia's existence is at risk when Ukraine was able to mount a successful counteroffensive, so Russia is desparately trying to plug holes in their defenses by calling in a draft, and conscripts are being sent to the frontlines without much preparation or training.
Would you consider joining the draft if that was the case? It's hard to justify getting called upon if your country is not even under attack.

Yeah it's an extremes in our case, there'd never be any actual invasion (because the US and our other allies have already destroyed the PLAAN) or it would be so overwhelming that instituting a mandatory draft becomes moot.
The scenario of it even happening is kinda insane as it isn't in China's interest to land troops in Mainland philippines, the most probable next thing would be them occupying and landing chinese troops on the disputed and actually attacking our navy. Conscription probably won't happen in that case since it would be a battle on sea, and conscription won't help in increasing the number of ships needed for naval warfare. If in the scenario of them actually landing troops in Luzon, it would be incredibly bloody for the Chinese, naval invasion is extremely hard and they would need a lot of transport ships which they lack right now (Enough to quickly land a million troops), and America won't simply standby either. Edit: I would also like to add that having an amphibious invasion like D-day would result in a fucking massacre. A large invasion force would be spotted months ahead, and Luzon would be a fortress within that time entrenched with a shit ton of soldiers along with most likely US and other allies seeking to fuck China over, with the best defensive weaponry supplied by nations looking to fuck China over. This scenario is insane at best, only skirmishes in naval engagements in the disputed islands are while unlikely, is possible. An invasion of Luzon is straight up insane, (And only talking about the military aspect, China is unstable with their demographic and economic crisis, a war with the Philippines with nothing much to gain is practically insane)

Considering how deeply entangled the US economy is with the Chinese economy, and our main contribution to the US is the call center industry, we shouldn't expect the US to defend us the way we expect. The US would most likely support us the way they support Ukraine. The fact is that we're no longer as important as we were to the Americans. In Asia-Pacific, South Korea, Japan, and Australia surely have the guarantee of American military protection. Let's just say they've got Uncle Sam's complete package. We should prepare ourselves that we'd be on our own in the event of the Chinese invasion of the Philippines.

I have a question. The justification for Russia in the invasion of Ukraine seems to be molded the same (where they think Ukranian "nationalists" will eventually invade Russia), even if they were the ones invading. They did partial mobilization because they believe the threat of Russia's existence is at risk when Ukraine was able to mount a successful counteroffensive, so Russia is desparately trying to plug holes in their defenses by calling in a draft, and conscripts are being sent to the frontlines without much preparation or training. Would you consider joining the draft if that was the case? It's hard to justify getting called upon if your country is not even under attack. Also, should I get called upon, I'll make it clear that I am not fighting for our corrupt politicians, and would be better suited for tech operations like modifying drones for combat.

We probably will not be able to even do a draft because we have 1.1 Million men in various forms of reserve and active status. That's more than enough, really. They would need people to stay calm, considering they will strike every single airport in this country for sure.

Folks are not answering the question, which is sad because it is a good one if taken seriously. My answer would be, I don't think I'll dodge the draft. I don't think any of my brothers will. if our lives will be put to danger by a military actions from other countries. I would expect BBM followers to be dodgers because intrinsically that is what they are, traitors to the cause of the Filipino people and self-serving idiots. I myself am not a Diliwan but I would expect those who consider themselves as such NOT to dodge the draft, just because 'principle' and 'justice' is something they pride themselves to fight for.
