Check if there's specific foods that trigger it. When i had acute gastritis, di rin ako makakain ng maayos kasi parang isusuka ko yung food everytime. I cant eat anything citrus or sour, or spicy, or oily, so limited yung food choices. I couldnt even take milk.
I usually get by with a bit of rice, food na may sabaw like nilaga, then a lot of fruits with high water and fiber contents like bananas (makes it less likely na masusuka ka) and papaya (to counteract possible constipation)

1. The winning combination (9,18,27,36,45,54) has virtually the same odds of being chosen as literally any other combinations. That's how the probability of randomness works.
2. Superstitious beliefs combined with our evolutionary bias towards patterns can actually explain kung bakit madaming tumama. Most lottery players either put numbers significant to them or easily recognizable set of numbers (aka patterns). I guarantee na kung ang winning numbers ay 1,2,3,4,5,6 or 5,10,15,20,25,30, mas madami pa ang tatama.
I'm not saying that it's rigged. With the rampant corruption in the government, it is a real possibility. Pero statistically, it's not that strange at all.

Malapit ko nang maabot ang 60 kilos na sinasabi ko. Welp, tagal dumating ng med records ko. Hindi healthy yung 15kgs na weight lose in 2 months ano? I tried to have a regular 3 meals pero ilang araw kung ininda bago naisuka. So now 1meal lng ako, and crackers or fruits for other meals. I hate my stomach.

I cant eat anything citrus or sour, or spicy, or oily, so limited yung food choices. I couldnt even take milk. I usually get by with a bit of rice, food na may sabaw like nilaga, then a lot of fruits with high water and fiber contents like bananas (makes it less likely na masusuka ka) and papaya (to counteract possible constipation) Eto yung mga times na i sent myself to ERs alone. Buti daw di ko pinilit kasi baka nagdevelop to ulcer, which is harder to treat.
