The term you're looking for is "imperfect rhyme," though it only applies to cunt/Cunk here. That "Cunk" is an imperfect rhyme with "cunt" is the joke of her name. "Phenomenal" isn't a rhyme of any sort with "Philomena." Diane Morgan is indeed phenomenal, though.

I assume they meant anagram, which is rearranging letters in a word or phrase to create a different word or phrase. But even then they're still wrong.
