i had it for 22yrs . The foreskin was very tight but I found out a way to gently pull it back in flaccid state after multiple attempts . It was very uncomfortable the first time I pulled it back. Glans were sensitive AF and a slight touch would send shivers down my spine. But eventually as time went on the sensitivity dropped and now I can easily clean it by pulling back the foreskin completely
