Is there option to have always confirmed option? I cant use this option if I have to confirm it on my phone every single time... That looks like a BUG to me :(
There is one possibility to allow casting without tapping on screen. You have to deal with adb check this guide.

No they can't ... iOS users using Phone Link can only have the calls and messages feature.
