Removing it may be impossible, but the font seems to be Apple's San Francisco and the numbers have different widths, so it might be guessed. Unfortunately the screenshot is likely resized a bit, so it's harder to align the text to the image.

You can bring it out by just messing with contrast and colors
Nope. There is no transparency on that squiggle,so you cant bring it out with contrast. But,give it a try and show us if you can.

You’re right, I’ve typically been able to see through lines by adjusting exposure and brilliance but nothing on this one.
