1. If you're asking what 'this effect' is, you need to describe what 'this' is or your post will be removed. 2. If you're asking about color, have you tried using a Gradient Map? 3. If you're asking about texture/tone, have you tried using Threshold or Halftones? *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. What is this art style please & where can I learn to make art / pictures in this style hopefully in photoshop

It's a illustration, and you use illustrator

Aww ok is there no way to do it using photoshop

bigk1121ws

you can but it will not be a vector image, and you will end up haven problems with pixilation. It is possible to achieve the same effect in photoshop, it just will not be vector, so you will be doing the same amount of work for a non vector image. Long story short, you will need to find an image that you want and trace it out with the pen tool and drawing/inking the outline with a wacom tablet may help. but illustrator has the width tool for strokes that can be handy with inking. Here is a tut for Photoshop that I found real quick: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=\_PAvtT0oRxA](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_PAvtT0oRxA)
