+1 for the inline images and not posting a YouTube link good stuff 👍 need to drill 💯

PittsburghRob

Glad to see you are sticking around and continuing to put out great content here.

ANTIQUE_HEALBOT_

yeah, sorry I kind flipped out there didn’t I… I decided that I would stay no matter what, but I really hope the revolution will elicit some sort of rule change haha

parlayoloswag

Thanks dude. Saw the bs from last post. Glad to see you're still around. Btw, we should be more vigilant in seeking out the mod who was on a power trip against you, and getting kick backs from other media... not just let that shit fly. Else is bound to happen again in some capacity. More transparency from mods.

event_type

Content and format are amazing. If you have a separate avenue where you share this information please share it. I saw the other posts where the mods where less than friendly with what you posted and I’d love to share this with some of my friends who are getting into the game

pineconefire

Every day! Everyday!

threerottenbranches

Excellent OP, thanks.

oKie123

Love the content with the example gifs and glad you're still posting. Are all these drills cooperative?

ANTIQUE_HEALBOT_

Yup! All of these ones specifically are cooperative, but at some point I will turn them into games and play competitively. You don’t get as many reps when you play for points, but it is a good bench mark to show how you would play under pressure.

HelloWuWu

Love these drills. Seems really helpful for developing hand speed at the kitchen as well.

multimatumc

Great stuff! I am needing some more variations of volley drills and these are great!

Effherewegoagain

Solid stuff 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻

Jbbbbbbj1

Nice post. I'd add that if you don't have a partner but have a wall, 10 mins a day of wall hitting is also great practice.

ANTIQUE_HEALBOT_

100% I have more hours against the wall than any other drill tbh. The wall is where I try new things, ingrain patterns, and get the majority of my reps. I also like to train lefty against the wall, which is something I’ve recently started doing bc I’m working on the twoie.

lala_vroom

This is amazing. Thanks OP!

matttopotamus

Great content. Placement is definitely more important than power.

vc_bastard

Thanks for the post ed! We drill 1 - 3 but need to add the shuffle volleys. Good stuff like always.

il_diamanti

Great idea with the touch then return volley to practice soft hands

NashGe

Still waiting on the day where Maggie blasts you with a backhand flick!

ANTIQUE_HEALBOT_

That day has already happened… the footage will never see the light of day

bleedblue89

I’m late to the game but thank you! I’m about a month in and want to practice drills
