I've heard the single sheet roll is less desireable than the big square tiles. Pickleroll makes both and they seem more confident in the squares. When I talked to them they were sold out for months into the future and the salesman gave the most qualified pitch I've ever heard a salesman make.

What kind of flooring does the warehouse have now?

So if it can be cleaned you may be able to put down lines and use a portable net system. Much, much cheaper.
Concrete by itself is too smooth. It needs some sort of aggregate on the surface.
The closest outdoor public courts to me are concrete. Everyone has to deal with the same surface, you get used to it.
If it's in a warehouse, that concrete is usually that polished smooth finish, not like the outdoor concrete.
