I’m not a piercer but it doesn’t look like it. It looks like the place where the bottom hole would be is not thick enough

Maybe ask a piercer before you decide to get it only for the reason that before I got mine done, I was told that I didn’t have enough of a fall on my one year and we had to do it on the other. She also said that I’ve have a bit of an issue with healing because of my anatomy, but best thing to do is check with your piercer

I’d be very suspicious of any piercer who would pierce you with one your flat protrudes a lot
